I think floodgates in Duel links are a dumb idea like Summon breaker should just be banned. However, if there was ever a floodgate I think should stick around it would be buster dragon. That boy is so funny

Buster dragon isn’t the floodgate and its needs another monster to make the floodgate a thing so it’s not broken at all.

@@sdjgfujds buster dragon is by definition a floodgate. Turning all monsters into dragons turns off a lot of skills and prevents your opponent from summoning any extra deck monster that requires a typed material. I understand that alongside the buster blader fusion it negates all effects. But to be honest that’s just overkill because setting up dragon on its own going first can single-handedly stop some decks from playing the game.

@@Scarveilix I stand on what I said. I consider a floodgate somewhat that directly stops you from using a natural mechanic of the game directly.

I really want Konami to give Varis a skill that specifically supports his Topologic cards. Poor Topologic Bomber Dragon is at limit 1 but I've NEVER seen a yugi-tuber put him in their duel links deck. Poor dude is just not viable atm; Where's the love?

I'm still surprised that Konami haven't added Striker Dragon to DL

this is a nice decklist, but im taking borrelsword and running back to the previous field spell search skill. although i was a little disapointed the skill r e q u i r e s the previous borreload dragon, and not any borrel link 4. just goes to show i never read the skill requirements lol

I has the same deck in mind, just I got zero copy of the double disruptor so it’s a bit complicated to get something functional.

btw, if you want to, you can also replace buster dragon with void ogre dragon, you loose the flood gate but get a spell/trap negate. ALso i think there are also some board wipe synchros in the red archfiend archetype you could use.

At least the skill isn't based around putting a meat shield on the field

Sadly Riot Dragon never had a chance for an animation since it was never played in the anime. It is cool though Rokkets got a one-off Ritual.

I just want borreload savage dragon even if it’s through some sort of skill, and borreload Excharge dragon, borrelguard dragon Playmaker got all his dragons

I haven't pulled the new lvl 8 but I did get this working. I used malefic rainbow dragon. 🤣

i still need the double disruptor dragon and the borrelsword dragon. but im grinding a bunch of characters to lvl 3 at the gate for gems

My gems hanging on at 100 after I went through the entire main box once. I guess I'll just level scour some gems and just buy a 2nd Cynet Raging for now. I'll take a few months to go through this x3 for the Traptrix too. 😅

I thought it was Salad. They ended up becoming a better rivalry than the main one. Just because Playmaker was half sad boy half serious boy, so instead we have the ultimate Joey Kaiba that goes somewhere.

There are a lot of builds running just one since you can always search it. 3 may not be even optimal 2 sounds good. Extra copies are only really good for clutch top decks.
