@@AnthonysOutdoors Yeah sure but man with a rifle that is meant to be highly accurized why does nobody ever strap that bitch up in a lead sled and truly get to the bottom of the manufacturer's accuracy claims? Show me the mechanical capability of the rifle with no copium whatsoever.

It’s a nice rifle no doubt. I will say though I built a bartlein spr profile barrel with a vltor MUR upper, SOLGW rail are 419 arca rail under same SSA-E and the other AR stuff for around 2k. So this Ridgeline rifle to me seems overpriced but as long as you’re happy. I did have to add shim and used some loctite 609 for good measure to the MUR for a better upper fit. I had to heat up the upper to fit the shimmed barrel extension.

Never know what to think about barrel break in because world class bench rest and F class shooters claim it’s a myth. Now they’re cleaning and stripping barrels between individual competition rounds and shooting hand loads. They also expect 1/4 moa or the shit can the barrel. Maybe what they’re doing is comparable in any way, idk. They’re also shooting bolt guns which makes a difference.

I'd agree on CTR stock WITH Arisaka fixings over a raw ctr stock, better grip like the Magpul XL over the B5. No one wants flip ups on a F1 gasser. Muzzle device is a waste of money since everyone is going to put their own stuff on. I'd agree on maybe the 20 round Magpul mag with a +5 extension, cleaning kit, extra zero targets. stuff like that for a hair more added value.

@@ANRDesignLLC it’s a Proof 416 series. Stuff is actually pretty soft and it comes pre-lapped from Proof. Barrel break-in is a myth. Velocity variation is a thing…temperature, lot#, how dirty the bore is, etc. most rifles will “speed up” after fouled vs clean, but velocity remains fairly stable throughout its life until the point it is badly eroded and fire-cracked.
