@@shemsureshot Yeah, I've heard that from a lot of people now. I honestly feel like I've been shadow banned as every time a video starts to get a bit of traction, it snaps back rapidly. It's like something at KZread (maybe the algorythm) is keeping me in a backwater, where nobody can see my videos. I'm in KZread jail 😉😂

@@JoeChip Yeah, I’ve noticed all my recommendations seem a be political themed even though I don’t actively seek out that kind of content. I only use KZread for entertainment purposes and my own personal interests. I don’t know what’s going on, but as a viewer the algorithm isn’t working for me either. Try wearing a rainbow themed t-shirt and see if that increases your viewer count!

@@shemsureshot I don’t think that will help as KZread doesn’t have a particularly good track record when it comes to the LGBTQ+ community. I’ve also found the algorithm screws me as a viewer, though. You have to wonder who it works for if it doesn’t help either creators or viewers. It’s almost as if we’re secondary to KZread’s ambitions.

I cant even start my games it says learn more where it should say start and I've deleted it and redownloaded it and still wont work. does anyone know how to fix that?

I never had problems with the games not streaming I know you need your controller plugged in for the game to start it could be Xbox or PlayStation controller

I just had a look and I can't see them either. I'll have a look and see if they are supposed to be there.

I think that is a miracle that they upgraded the PC app. Idk how the situation is in europe, but at least in the US Servers you cant play certain games like the PS classic or some of the PS4 exclusives, they just dont launch when you click start.

wanted to play the demon's souls remake. Cannot find it anywhere, even though the playstation website says its in the service. added it to my library on the website - still doesnt show up in ps plus. Anyone have a solution to this?

when I click start on any game when trying to play on pc it says it preparing the game for me then just shows me a green screen and restarts the app

@@biggzz_yt It could just be teething problems. You could try reinstalling the app to see if that helps. How fast is your internet?

The thing is, if Sony had made a decent app for the "new" PS+ service for PC, then they could have given PC players a reason to play the games that aren't yet available natively on PC. But if this is what they're going to give us in terms of quality and functionality then most people will just ignore it. A lot of PC owners won't use services like the Epic launcher because it doesn't have a fraction of Steam's features, especially the community based ones. So the chances of a sub par app like this from Sony getting any serious traction is pretty damn low I would imagine.

It's incredible that they didn't take this opportunity to overhaul the service. At the very least they should have updated the UI to make it vaguely useable. Honestly, I'm completely dumbfounded by their complete lack of care and attention. Especially as this would seem to be a fantastic way of selling their streaming tech to skeptics. As it stands, I can't see anyone using this unmittigated pile of steaming horse-shit. I suspect it'll be a better experience on the PS4 and 5 but it'll bloody well have to be.

For me it's saying that I'm from an unsupported country but they told that on this day Cloud Streaming will be available in my country, what can I do?

same here after i press x to launch the game nothing happens. frustrated help

I tried playing Miles moralis and after 10 minutes you have to press the middle button on the playstation controller wich isnt usable on pc so basicly impossible to play the game, is it possible to get a refund?

I'll have to try that. How weird that they haven't optimised it. Not sure about a refund. Sony don’t seem to like refunds from my experience but I haven’t read the T&Cs. You could ring them and explain that the service doesn’t work properly, though. That might work.

@@Tomacton1 I use an Xbox controller along with a remapper called reWASD. I have used the service for over a year this way.

@@Tomacton1 I should have added that reWASD spoofs Playstation Plus into thinking Xbox controllers are Playstion controllers. You can remap PlayStation buttons onto any other type of controller.

It's a complete mess I have on my pc psplus app three different spiderman miles morales that says ps3 version on them when I click on it and then I get an error message. And then the rest of this is just psnow streaming quality which sucks.

It’s bloody awful isn’t it? I thought Game Pass on PC was a bit of a buggy mess but it’s positively slick compared to this.

Sony should just make it's own pc app store front so they can offer the pc games as downloads and we can just buy them as well

I wouldn't be surprised if they did that. They should definitely make it possible to install PSPlus games that are available to buy elsewhere, though. That would help sell the service. As would day and date first party releases, but that's an argument for another day.

If you check the spider Man miles Morales 2 outa the 3 says it's a ps3 an will not lunch, I'm also have the issue with Spider-Man remastered, the last of us remastered and the uncharted collection all of them say ps4 title, but above the picture to lunch the game it's under ps3, an to top it off the ps5 controller is not supported.

The whole app needs some tlc. It doesn't seem fit for purpose in its current state.

I will support them with my money when they fix a very big portion of the issues, also in some countries the PC streaming is not even available, while they say it is... Anyways the support is good though, they told If I paid(which I didn't cause I checked the app first if it's working thnx god), they returning the money, so yea they have a good descent support and just a day after I raised the ticket. Edit: but yea I'm an Xbox player, and I just wanted to remember the old good times on my broken PS3, with the achievement hunting.

That’s strange. Are your graphics drivers up to date?

Microsoft definitely has an edge over Sony when it comes to services across console, cloud and PC. They have a roadmap of content for Game Pass which is why everyone is subscribed. No day 1 launches from Sony is a major let down.

totally agree. xbox has always done things better and listened to its fanbase. it led the way with xbox live, games with gold, gamespass and cloud gaming. sony has always played catch up. it's only saving grace is that it has a FEW big exclusives. the metrics show the most played games on the playstation aren't even exclusives so why sony fanboys hide behind exclusives is beyond me.

Timestamps could make the video much better, will still leave a like but please use stamps

Sony can not expect huge player sub if they try the bear min. Playstation games on pc, they are a money making machine but they still are old fashioned or old minded and think how things are to let it continue and not to change.

Not only would it be better, it would also enable it to run on a lot more devices. Just one more weird decision by Sony's head honchos.

I don't know how it got through quality control... I wanted to play ff7 remake as it was advertised I'd be able to on ps plus. It's not there... Searching for a search bar for 15 minutes. There isn't one. For 14 quid, it didn't feel very "premium", was hoping it would be like game pass. But it just sucks... :'(

I just want Bloodborne for PC in any way shape or form

It is found in the action section but it doesn’t work as it’s one of the games with the ps3 bug.

I’ve managed to load the game on PS Plus PC but PS5 and stream saves are discrete because the streamed version is the same as the PS4 version of the game. This is true of all PS5 games when streamed, as far as I can tell. I suspect the streaming infrastructure is still built around the PS4 not the PS5.

Just tried it, the streaming quality is terrible and I'm not using WIFI.

I just want to use my GTA 5 account from ps4 to pc....lol

It totally doesn't work for me.

Yes, it started as a streaming service and added downloads later.

Man PlayStation now was better now on PC PlayStation plus took some of the games away and no one has said anything and we got new games every month on ps now like PlayStation Plus

... And a YEAR later, PlayStation®Plus on PC still is a Complete Mess.

Not sure of your logic here. The only reason why it’s streaming only is because Sony have decided that is how they want to deliver these games. There is no reason why games that can be downloaded and played natively on Steam (Horizon Zero Dawn, Death Stranding etc) shouldn’t be installable. And it would be in Sony’s interest as it would make the service more desirable. I also think it’s only a matter of time before this changes and downloads on some games become an option. As for showing the streaming, that wasn’t what this video was about. I think I even said I was intending on making another video showing the streaming in action. Don’t criticise a video for what it isn’t. If you want info on streaming watch one that explicitly talks about that, or wait for mine and comment on that.

I would grade the PC version a "C" because I can't play any PS2 games in this version

It's crazy, I can search for games on my PS app on my phone but cant do anything on my PC, which is ironic since I literally cant play any of these games on my phone either. I have exclusively played on my PC for the past 3 years and I still have no idea why i continue to pay for Playstation. Gamepass is awesome on the PC though, it's like night and day. Also, I think Sony product UI is just trash in general. I have my phone and PC as default/trusted devices but EVERY single time I log into the PS app I have to do two-step verification. Like just keep me signed into my damn device Sony! As I continue to type I realize I just need to go and cancel my subscription and stop complaining about it.

I don't know about anyone else but the strange thing that happens when I stream games on pc is that its super laggy yet streaming on ps5 works incredibly well so at times I wonder if the streaming just isn't as good on pc as it is on PlayStation consoles, I even tried x cloud and it work just on anything but can't say the same thing about PS plus

I was streaming on PC quite a bit on Tuesday and it was pretty smooth. I did have a period of a couple of minutes where it became almost unplayable but that passed and it went back to feeling quite responsive. How are your PC, Xbox and PS5 connected?

@@JoeChip my Xbox and PlayStation are hooked to the tv with the same fast speed internet as my laptop and I've tried streaming on all of them and it would work like x cloud would work well on my laptop but not PS plus it would just be laggy and the screen would keep flickering being unplayable, so I was wondering if other were experiencing the same thing

I wasted 17 dollars on a game I can't even stream if only I could download it like psNow

@@JoeChip I had to log into psn plus on ps4, which ran terribly because sony's streaming service is a joke. Once i did that I logged out and back into my account on PC and it works now. The bit rate is still a joke, no wonder microsoft is kicking their asses

I tried this on so many different laptops at my work. try streaming any of these games on pc. I dare you. I double dare you. It doesn't buffer well on anything. The images tear and break really bad. makes games quite unplayable. Mind you, i was testing out Batman Arkham City and Assassins Creed II for PS3. But on the Native PS4 and PS5 consoles, this is perfect. On PC, don't even bother.

I found this video after i tried PS plus on pc. As i pc gamer I was completetly dissapointed you couldn't buy any games Everything is streaming only. As someone who likes to own my games, and is only a pc gamer I found this very lack luster. No search bar, you can't buy games. What's the point of bringing your games to pc if you cant even buy them?

In my opinion sony should give you and option to download or stream ill take download over stream anyway also for older games we can literally emulate ps1,ps2, and ps3.

but that's impossible. Their exclusive games run only on playstation. unless you want play games like Detroit or day's gone, which have PC versions.

it still baffles me that sheeple still think the ps5 is better because of a FEW exclusives. the gamepass and the whole xbox experience is miles better and more value for money AND it actually works. i played gow 4 and ragnarok, uncharted 1-4, TLOS 1-2, spiderman and that's it. there is nothing else keeping me on playstation. it just catches dust.

Or course you can't download them lol you don't own the license to play the PC version. The only way they could really do it is if this was an emulator, or they sold the PC version of the game in their PlayStation plus app. In which case why even sell ps5's? They would be cannibalising their flagship product (the ps5). The point is you subscribe to Sony to access a library of PlayStation games they license, you aren't licensing the PC versions of those game. Game pass is different because licenses hold across the Microsoft eco system (in most cases) and you aren't paying to access just xbox games but games across two platforms (windows and xbox) so when they sell a game on both of their stores they allow for cross licensing, because Microsoft (owning windows and xbox) have a vested interest in doing that (it encourages the buying of their products). Why can't I download games I own on ps5 on Geforce now...? Because its a streaming service for a start, and secondly I don't own / hold the license to download / play that version of the game. However you are right about the search feature and I'd also add not having an android / iOS app is a big oversight on their part. I regularly stream from my phone to my TV and play xbox games via cloud gaming in the xbox game pass app on my android.

no way to add friends or access to ps plus social functions. there is like 3 games worth playing ghost of, assassins creed val, and the new golf game. oh forgot spider man miles moralez not even the full game just dlc. its just ps now with a new name. same bad practice of not even making the sony exclusive library available. majority are ps 2 and 3 games. no demon souls no returnal like they advertised. same limited trash library ps now had. after i finish ghost ill be going back to game pass. 15 quid a month should be more like 5er for what they give you

On a plus note the streaming is pretty decent now 😉😂 Seriously, the streaming does seem to have been improved. I have a video up about it later. I agree with pretty much everything you say, though.

ridiculous topic. Sony released this so that people dont have to buy ps and play ps agmes. Instead opf just complaining you could show us how gameplay looks like
