I think most of the criticism of Dan Campbell is unfair. They hadn't won a playoff game in 30 years; they went to the NFC Championship, in part because of Campbell's aggressiveness. What really changed the game was the two Reynolds drops and the Gibbs fumble. Yes, they probably should have taken the FG up 14, but again the play was there and Reynolds didn't make a play.

That is true. I was shocked when we made it past Miami, honestly. The dropped passes all year were terrible - and it was Mahomes' fault as much as the receivers'. The offense consistently choked in the red zone, left so many points off the board it was criminal. But Spags has a defense that won't quit.

I am a Chiefs fan and I have come to LOVE how much other people hate our team and I love people getting mad about them. To be fair, I’ve had a little bit of a villain origin story in that I also LOVE college football and my team is Nebraska. (I’m from there) I have experienced more than my fair share of misery and heartbreak with them as well as the Chiefs not exactly being a Super Bowl caliber team before Mahomes showed up. it is really hitting me this year with how good the Chiefs are or can be. But I still watch every game with the full expectation that we could lose because I’ve just suffered so much heartbreak and frustration as a football fan in my 28 year life that I can’t just blindly expect them to win the way that maybe an 18-year-old fan who had Mahomes come into the picture when he was 12 might blindly expect the Chiefs to win every time
