Actually the tiger is one per region and will randomly hunt you

Just got my first tiger gold with the cross bow hears the growl and turnes around amd there he was stalking

I’m pretty sure it’s the eland that’s the biggest antelope but nilgia are up there!!!!!

This map seems to have the ambient sounds I'm BEGGING Expansive Worlds to put in, so its similar to Hunter Classic. The immersion really isn't the same without all the bird chirps and wind rustling and all that.
