I really appreciate you taking a deep dive on your thoughts in items

I know (and kinda hope) that this won't go to live this powerful, but it will be so fun, I really enjoy playing Caitlyn for this absurd damage

She already deals this much damage in the current patch (14.9). It's just that the new season will make her (and other crit adcs) get access to damage faster.

@@blackknight8394 Actually the early game is gutted due to not having a crit item that gives both AD + AS. And also you had kraken as your 1st option which was one of the best early game spikes in the game. So i dont really see how they get damage faster, they get crit faster. At 3 items you start to feel the buffs and at 4 you should be happy to play the role that's if you get to 4 tho.

@@nikospao5189 I was mainly talking about Caitlyn (Doesn't rely on AS) but a few items still have crit and AS afaik (Rapid Fire Cannon, Phantom Dancer, Navori) so after IE (Core on crit ADCs) you'd have high AD because of IE but then you'd now need to spend some gold on AS + Crit and low AD (Which Rapid Fire and Phantom Dancer provide afaik) and then you could get Blood Thirster if you need AD ig? We'll have to wait for the patch to come out to find out. My only concern is that so many items lost their AD.

Sivir might want to buy BF, sit on it, then buy the new Navori. That or rush Essence Reaver. Same for Xayah as well I think.

Essence Reaver will probably be the sauce IMO. Something like ER -> IE -> Zeal -> upgrade/LDR -> LDR/upgrade

on the one hand I've been getting sick of getting bulldogged by the 0/3 top laner just because he hit his item and a half power spike and being able to actually fight back feels nice but on the other hand.... damage meta go brrrrr and this is just gonna make that SO much worse

This is stupid damage and Caitlyn is already oppressive with an aggressive support. Hope they nerf her or she'll be perma-banned from me at least Edit: FF in PBE 😂
