Everton's new stadium will be situated just over two miles away from Goodison Park, and it'll be on the banks of the River Mersey at Bramley Moore Dock. The construction cost of the Stadium was initially budgeted at £500 million in 2018. The final price will not be known until the build is completed. As a result, Everton is budgeting for a worst-case scenario and estimating that it will cost more than £700 Million.

A Premier League Stadium fit for a Premier league team....well, hopefully.
It's a case of stadium verses stadium lately very impressive tho.anfield eventually having its expansion Merseyside will have both teams having awesome homes.the toffees goodish Park would obviously be prime redevelopment land and sorely missed by the faithful but this new ground by the waterside would defo interest players from Europe as well as showcasing players from their academy.

The final cost is known as it’s the first stadium to be built with an agreed fee, not sure exactly what that figure is possibly around £500m however it won’t cost any more or any less as already been agreed with the builders, Lang o rourke.

I read $700 millions, €700 milllions and now £700 Millions ... can someone precise the exact amount ?
Question, how can Everton FC afford the bill for the cost of this stadium considering they not long ago got deducted 10 points relating to losses of over 300mil for the 2021-22 season, would they not be be getting themselves further in debt and open to more future FFP charges.

Yes, The stadium is 'future-proofed' to enable the introduction of safe-standing which, should Government legislation change on the ratio of one person standing to one seat, could allow the Club to increase the capacity further".

@@susanmoriarty7533 Yet EFC has more local season ticket holders than LFC who only have 5000 with a local address, I think you maybe getting mixed up on who is the club going for the "corporate" and also the tourist fans that are always in anfield where they annoy the local fans because all they want to do is have their camera out for photos I know as I have friends who have been going to anfield for 50 years and some cannot get tickets because of the "tourists".

The club has zero debt, man united are 2 billion in debt Liverpool are 800m in debt and are on the brink of collapse id go and take a look at them first

Even if that's true it doesn't matter, as infrastructure debt is dealt with differently to other debt. UEFA is happy for teams to go into massive debt if it means their long term situation is secured in the process

£700m? For a copy stadium? Many clubs have the same designed stadium. Espanyol’s new stadium even has the same colours. This is not unique by any stretch. It’s a con by Everton’s hated owners. And Everton fans have fallen for the con. Guess how much Espanyol’s new stadium cost? £70m!!! Ten times less.
