True. All BMW ads are the same: Some models (of course with much diversity to please the lefts) infront of some modern architecture and showing the car 2 seconds in a 40s spot

I've got it and each day I'm stressing that someone might take it off my bonet. So it's a good thing that most of the new models integrate a bigger star in the grill or black panel in the case of the electric EQ models. As for the Maybach models, their star ornament should be able to retract like Rolls-Royce and the latest Bentley Flying Spur.

@@aurelian1 Naaahhh, i don't think so...look at the new GT 63s 4-door (e performance) it is still a V8 car with 843 hp...and also...what about the "rolling races?" (most races on the streets). The gas engines got the higher Max. speed and better acceleration than electric cars at higher speed...soooo

@@Supercars-Germany Well, let's see what an AMG version of the EQE is like. And don't forget that EVs have instant torque and are closing the gap at higher speeds - see the Model S Plaid. EVs are advancing faster than ICE cars, and what gaps remain are closing very quickly.

@@Supercars-Germany The model S Plaid will demolish anything on the road until 250km/h (today). The top speed (300+) is still software locked. When it’s unlocked, nothing will be able to keep up. At 250+, who cares really. It’s over, performance wise. You could argue about cornering, but AMG sedans aren’t light cars either. The Plaid is superbike fast. Don’t believe me? See for yourself on KZread, plenty of footage already! The only issue is that we are losing noise. Other than that, it’s all good.

@@ruimpinho Sure I believe you, but I don't think it's just noise we are loosing. If u own a big V8/V10/V12/W12/W16 u unsterstand what I mean. It isn't just the missing noise it's the feeling. The pops/cracks from the big exhausts, hear the engine going up to 7000< rpm. You'll never have them anyhow replaced in an electric car....that was my reason for commenting and not Gas engines are faster than electric cars...u don't believe me? Read my comment again carefully. Hope u understand me/my opinion.

1:10 I'm not sure if it's brave to show in the commercial how badly the UI really runs or if it's pathetic that such an expensive car (and the even more expensive EQS aswell) can't handle some simple 3D rendering... Probably both.

As an owner of Mercedes E Class W213 that entertained the idea of buying an EQS or EQE, I have to say that I am disappointed, particularly by the exterior design of the EQS and the EQE. Will not buy the EQS or the EQE, will most likely wait for an update that is more worthy of the purchase.

Still why the awkward shape. I guess anything is better than that BMW front end that they think is cute 🤣

The interior is gorgeous but the exterior looks like a Mercedes modified version of Honda civic and Tesla model 3... Just not nearly as stunning as their gas powered ones imo.

In 2013 and 2014, Mercedes-Benz presented an innovative design in the S Series: a two spoke steering wheel. Because it was way ahead of its time, you didn't believe it. You made a big mistake for not trusting your own idea. Now other brands, BMW, Lucid, are already adopting the new trend leaving the interior of MBs looking outdated!

Make sure your systems cannot be hacked by both hackers and shadow government

Please change the front part of eqs and eqe, mercedes can do so much better.

Compared to Tesla Model S or even Nio ET7 from China, Mercedes is definitely over the hill now, in terms of performance and entertainment and fun. Building an EV is not merely about stacking those leather and wood stuff in the interior, it's all about innovation and adaptation. Except for the tradition and story behind that Mercedes logo, almost nothing has left to compete in this new era of EV. RIP, Mercedes Benz.

I luv Mercedes. I have owned four thus far. However, the design of the new EQ Class of electric vehicles looks awful to me. As others have said they don’t even look like Mercedes more like a Kia or Honda. I hope in time they improve the design, drastically.

Agreed. I was looking forward to see EQS after seeing the concept. The production EQS looks nothing like the concept and more like a Toyota. Very disappointed.
