Another attraction has been added to Frankfurt’s skyline: the new headquarters of the European Central Bank. The design of the skyscraper is the brainchild of Austrian architectural firm Coop Himmelb(l)au. Architect Wolf D. Prix thinks that it will become the new center of Frankfurt.
