Technically Gallifrey is still around in the 50th anniversary they saved Gallifrey so basically every episode after that with said Galfre blew up in a fiery ball and it was genocide is wrong because Matt Smith David Tennant and John hurt all saved Gallifrey in the 50th anniversary

Exactly. Why did it snow around Ruby? Why was Maestro scared of her/ what was the "hidden song" burried inside her? RTD wanting Ruby and her mother to be ordinary people (that's what he wanted as a contrast to Rey in Star Wars being the granddaughter of Palpatine or whatever it was) is totally fine- but there *still* has to be a pay-off and reasons for the mystical stuff happening around her which can come from other characters/ events focussing on Ruby/ her mum without them being Harry Potter chosen-one special. Really disappointing after the Part 1 which gave me chills at the cliffhanger. Great reactions btw. Though for health and safety reasons, I think it's important you know that's *not* what a butt plug looks like (!)
