"cards will not be wiped at launch" But they were when the game shut down servers less than a year after being playable.

I've been super enjoying the game. Can't wait till they add more pve and the crafting stuff.

I agree about polish, it can really bring a game from B-tier to S-tier. This game looks great, but it's sorely lacking in polish.. so once this gets some polish, it'll be game over.

Did Day9 consciously make sure to avoid comparing any aspect of this game to another card game?

I’m pretty cynical so it’s not like you are going to say anything bad about a sponsored game so that makes it hard to even get into the video if that makes sense ? Not that I want you to say negative things that is.

@@rewrose2838 Harley is straight up in the Batfamily in the HBO show, which he made reference to (the show, not the fact she's part of the team). So it wouldn't seem odd to someone who's watched that I'm sure. Also, she's an anti-hero in pretty much all current stories I think.

The meaning of words change, Historically, when people who dont know what the word means use it in the wrong way, passing on thier incorrect isage to others who simply just didnt know any better. Look at the american language for instance. Filled with people using words from multiple languages wrong. But the meaning changes to fit. This has been getting worse with the advent of the internet and has settled to a point it is the norm. Sad really.

To clarify, the meaning of SOME words change. Words that are empirically defined, however, cannot and do not change. For example, you might have the agreed upon temperature level that constitutes "hot" vary over time, but "hot" will always mean "of a sufficiently high temperature" (I'm paraphrasing rather than using actual definition here of course.) Similarly, "up" will never not mean "above" and "down" will never not mean "below". Similarly, words may have slang usage, like calling something "sick" or "bad" to denote how "cool" it is in the 80s, but the meaning of the words sick and bad does not actually change in that instance. The original meanings have not altered, there have simply been additional possible meanings added.

@@kingofbudokai But not really? Awful used to mean "full of awe," in a positive sense. Terrific meant terror inducing. Language is fluid, it can and will change. Is it likely that "down," will become "up?" Probably not, but literally has literally changed to also mean figuratively to the point where I wouldn't be surprised if in a few generations any interpretation of it meaning exact will be archaic. To @CloudianMH 's point, I don't find it sad. This is what language does it expands and fills gaps and borrows and loans words all the time. Language isn't something that needs to be bound by convention, allowing it to grow and breathe and change is a fundamental part of how we try and understand each other.
