500 grams rice
2 onions
3 greenchillies
Few coriander leaves
1 tbsp ginger garlic paste
100 grams yoghurt
10 to 12 cashews
1/4 cup cream
1/2 tsp pepper powder
1 tsp garam masala powder
1 tsp cumin powder
Salt
1 tbsp kasoori methi
1 onion for making barista
Clove cardomom cinnamon
Pepper bay leaf star anise
Salt
Oil
Green chilli
Coal for smoke
1 tbsp desi ghee
Chopped coriander
