Ever since i was a young lad growing up in Yorkshire, Adidas has always been ‘my brand’ & my love for it has never wavered.
Whether that was in the school playground kicking a tennis ball in a pair of Samba’s, on the grass playing football wearing a pair of Copa Mundial, or sporting a pair of fresh Lendl Pro or Gazelle’s on a Friday night for the disco.
Adidas has never been far away!
Having sold my entire trainer collection in 2017, I ventured tentatively back into the world of 3 stripes during lockdown & my passion for trainers was once again rekindled.
I have also spread my love for Adidas beyond not only for footwear, but I’ve also become an avid collector of the Adidas Spezial range which covers everything from T-shirts to tracksuits, to shorts & smocks! It’s all here in my channel!
I hope you enjoy the content 🙌🏻
I’m always open to suggestions for a doing a video of anything specific be it trainers or an item of clothing.

I’ve got Ashurst so the 600 I decided to pass on far too similar but that’s how I role now, don’t want too many pairs looking the same. Great content as always 👍😀

It’s a custom tee mate, not official Spzl. It was for an exhibition in London in ‘22

Nice! We forget how lucky we are as adults & buying what we want now when we look back at what we wanted & never got as kids. I remember always wanting a BMX Mongoose but never got one! 🤦🏻♂️😂

I think the sizing is inconsistent. I’m usually a UK 11, I queued outside size for these, tried a 10.5 on and they fit perfectly. I asked for a pair of the blue ones also in a 10.5 without trying them on. I went for a walk then back to the store and bought another pair of grey again in a 10.5, anyway put the blue ones on last night and they are so snug I don’t think I’ll get away with wearing them, both the grey ones are absolutely fine though.

That’s interesting but also a tad concerning 🫤 You’re right the sizing is inconsistent. It’ll be interesting to hear if anyone else has had the same issues.
Great vid as always, was lucky enough to got a pair after having them in 1987 so delighted! Wife also managed to get me a pair so wanted to move them on, any recommendations as to where to sell to real trainer folk? Cheers

Great jacket Tony Sizing on the clothes is a whole new book not chapter !! I’ve bought and sold over 10 of the jackets due to sizing issues My fave piece of clothing is the Lymwood football shirt ✔️

Oh it really is Jamie! It’s a minefield and can be very frustrating. As I say going a size down has generally served me well.

@@YorkyThreeStripe even with the new stuff ? My thoughts are the newer stuff is more TTS ? as I just got the suddell bottoms in my usual bottoms size but could hardly get them on 🤷♂️ Actually from size? (I know) even size are clearing out the old seasons now

@@jamiemacmillan7066 Sorry I thought you meant just coats/jackets. For the new tees after around 2019 I also go down a size. TT’s do vary for me. Mainly size down but some I’ve gone TTS.

Yes I think because I just went onto Size? & got a pair straight away that they were in decent supply. These were a no brainer mate for sure! 👌🏻👏🏻

Delighted Mark. I was convinced the large would be a tent as had heard similar but no its same fitting as the Barrow, Rossendale etc

I've got the green haslingden jkt and i stupidly sold the Horwich jkt I had wish I hadn't their the best two jkts they've done in my opinion

Two grail jackets for sure mate 🙌🏻 I keep trying for the green Haslingden when one comes up in large but missed out. I have the blue one and it’s definitely up there as one of my favs also.

Is the midsole correct - PU with EVA inserts, or is it cheap wit just painted panels like the ZX 700?
I have the 06 version of the 600s and they are just wrong, the sillouette is terrible, far too curled up at the toe, and the stripes and heel should be suede, sadly this reissue looks the same. I need ZX 450s, never reissued, never seen OGs for sale.

Just got mine today... I wasn't sure with over all finish on the them start of the sole around the toe box comes up higher on the right shoe compared to the left shoe.. The sole of the left shoe lies flat while the sole of left shoe slightly arches up.... Nice style to the box but they are of the thin side mine has a slightl kink in it and guy at the shop said they had only just got them today..May have to try get another pair from somewhere to compare them

Another good video, the 600 are a little snug like you said, I went half a size up also but were a little roomy so definitely tts. What's the name of the tshirt you're sporting please anyone? You were right to steer clear of the red and blue , they aren't anywhere near as nice as the og colourway imo!
