If Dio time stopped when he was being attacked, he literally could have revived his teammates, but since CPU's usually just go to revive there team i think they only move toward the downed CPU's and not use any moves.

Pretty good. Hey, in the next episode of Dragon Block C, could you make some buildings, like Capsule Corp, Goku's house, West City, places like those? The best mods to use with it are the canvas mod, the building guide mod, and the Carpenter's Block mod.
