@@pantersnatcher5367 Yes, "the holder cannot cast their ability or gain mana," but Kayn WAS gaining mana and casting his ability even with the Scepter.

@@ZedTFT my english is just fine. As u can see in picture, he uses 5 star img of kayn. When you collect all the evidence, it says 5 star kayn. But its not. Basic clickbait.
