It's called "Player attack move click". Look in your settings under "hotkeys - player movement". I suggest having it set to A because it's so close to where your fingers will be. You push A and if in range of something to attack it will do it. Very useful to everyone but almost necessary on ADC. To make the most use of it you would right click to move, then simply push A to auto attack while in range.

Disregard what this guy said: He simply inputted his attack command, by right clicking. He can then literally do nothing, and he will continue to walk towards his target, while auto attacking on the way. However, certain abilities will clear all attack/movement commands such as Riven E etc, which after use will leave you on the spot if you do not input another command. However, the only ability that Rengar has which interrupts Movement/Attack commands is his E, which Dekar uses at the start of the combo. What Dekar does here is slightly advanced, since most players (which you have picked up on) will usually move right next Annie, while inputting the attack command again. Dekar decided in that moment, he could likely misclick especially under tower and it is better to simply let the automatic targeting do the pathing for him, while weaving in his abilities with good timing.

I tried this cdr ult build aswell but i really think the nerf was too much for rengar, his WR went for almost 54% to 47 in 1 day and ban rate from 40 to 17😥
