The Nerve-Racking Details Of Bubba Pollard's First NASCAR Xfinity Race Day | Dale Jr. Download

Спорт

The bigger the venue, the greater the pressure. That proved to be true for Bubba Pollard before his first NASCAR national series race driving for JR Motorsports in the Xfinity Series at Richmond.
In this candid interview, he walks Dale Earnhardt Jr. through his race day from beginning to end - including having to be the first one out to qualify. What was completely new for him? How busy was his day?
Plus, how did he choose to celebrate after a sixth-place finish in his NASCAR national series debut? Bubba also looks back on what it was like to be there in a position he had once only dreamed of.

I know this might sound sappy, but you can see the joy in Jr's face when they're talking about Bubba's first Xfin race. Just as Bubba is talking about sharing the experience with his friends, Dale is sharing with his. It's pretty awesome to see somebody like Dale get so happy to help out his buddies from grass roots racin.

I've not seen or heard of Bubba until I just watched this clip. I like him, he reminds me of a race car driver from the past. He has an old soul feeling about him that I can relate to. Then I find out he's a dang awesome driver, (Hero) with sticker! You got a new friend you don't know and a fan for sure !

If @nascar brings more guys in like Bubba the sport will make a comeback. The common man is what has been missing and Bubba Pollard meets that’s definition.

I'm canadian and went to both races at Jukasa which is sadly closed now forever due to the unfortunate death of Mr. Hill. I became an instant fan of Bubbas and try to watch any race he is in. Met him after the last race, great guy, not conceited and very friendly. Bubba for 2025 Xfinity program. Best of luck in all that you do and thank you for helping the little guys Jr.

One of the things I love about nascar is that they give opportunities to drivers that might not be from that series to show what they can do.

I remembered when Bubba drove for Mike Ellis and (son)Scottie Ellis, he has a lot of talent. Hard Driving work for it driver, Dale Jr need to give him more chances at NASCAR in the future. Don't let him get away, don't let his age be a factor 37 he capable of giving KB, DH and Ross C a hell of a run for their Money. Give em Hell Bubba!!

Nascar wanted their claws into the new fast guy making it look easy. RANDOM MY ASS! Nothing says welcome to Nascar like "we think your doing blow and if we dont get the sample now we know from experience that you wont test positive 12 hrs later or after the race."

Nothing against dirt racing, but I'd love to see guys like Bubba and Landon Huffman get a shot. There are many pavement racers with talent that can get the job done and I think they should be looked at as well. As soon as you hear a kid racing open wheel dirt cars, SIGN EM UP! Sure, they are all out, loose and fast but I think pavement guys have more finesse. Just an opinion.
