Painkiller 💊 perk is a broken thing in this game itself you run across a other team running that you are going to have a little trouble killing them players using that it whatever it was broken back in the day was nothing was ever fixed same with MW3 2011 MW2 2009 is going to be crazy once it hits Gamepass
