Beautiful presentation and documentary
I was just in Barbados last week and tried to go to the West Indies Rum Distillery but was told it was under reenovations and not open to the public until next month.

This is very educational, however besides Barbados and Jamaica there is Guyana. You must do an documentary on their Rum particularly Eldorado Rum
incredible documentary, thank you for putting this together. I am actually surprised that it has so little views. I am sure it will ramp up soon. A little past the 15:00 mark, you mentioned something about salt water fermentation. I am intrigued by this, care to elaborate what that is?
