Ok. I really have to give comment again. Ms. Lea that was so beautiful. Ang ganda nung nung high notes. Wonderful. "The movie in my mind". Ay naku so beautiful. Sound so theatrical. Effortles, flawless. Then oooooh my goodness ung falseto sa dulo. As a former choir member mas naaappreaciate ko tlg ang classical music. Since when I was a kid, ewan ko b bakit mas prefer ko. Clap clap clap to Ms. Lea, walang kupas.

oo nga, sa stage play, when you sing, you cannot draw out or get rid of your mic, it is stable, clipped on your hair or somewhere near your mouth. but RAG is not too bad for Gigi role, more exposure and training lang siguro need.

She has a great voice and can fit in musical theatre world but you can never remove the POP in her. ☺️

This actually made me cry! Both these women are incredible!!!! WOW!

the clarity of Lea's diction is superb, simple but clear, you don't need to add unnecessary sounds in the words/lyrics to be a good singer, just pronounce them well so that the listeners can enjoy the message, enjoy your singing.

her vocals chords were not used to be lol. but lea's voice is stronger now. her vibratos are solid and consistent.

Still the Broadway star that Lea was, is and will be. .

Lea is still amazing! Rachelle has moved higher as a singer with her inclusion in Ms. Saigon. Too bad ABS let her go.....she's one of the finest and not a product of hyped and text votes.

Godbless Miss Rachelle Ann Go the new Gigi of Miss Saigon. Kung nagkataon na bata ka lang im sure you will get the role of Kim. Pero thankful pa rin kasi nakapasok ka. Imagine ang mga nag audition na sikat na singer sa Manila ay sina Karylle, Juris, Sitti Navarro, Laarni Lozada, Angeline Quinto, Frencheska Farr, Aicelle Santos, Apple Chiu(who played Gigi in Korea). Pero ikaw lang naka pasa at pina audition ulet sa London. Pagdating doon ay pinakanta ulet kalaban ang mga taga ibang bansa pero ikaw pa rin talaga nangibabaw. You've been underrated since then pero ngayon International caliber kana.

Lea, your vocals have gotten so much stronger, so yes, they aren't the same as they used to be, but in a good way xD

Im always thankful with Ms Lea salonga because she supports Rachelle Ann. Even before when she was asked about her favorite filipino singers hindi nawawala ang pangalan ni rachelle ann go.And she even mentioned Rachelle as one who can play the role of kim in Miss Saigon. Now, magkasama na sila sa iisang stage =)

Rachelle still looks as if she's fresh from those karaoke singing competitions from years ago. still looking pop-ish. However, I believe that after her run in london she'd be fully furnished as a stage musical performer with a strong voice and a less "pop" packaging. I also think she's perfect for gigi. she's got that statuesque and that "get out of my way" look in her face which is just perfect. cannot wait!

Rachell sings well. Yet the Mastery of Lea is very clear. Iba talaga ang nasa Theater. Ang laps ni Rachell here ay inilalayo nya ang mic pag dadating na sa Hign note/s na iyon. Un kasi ang training sa Pop singing, but look at ho Lea holds the mic, nandoon lng, inilalapit p nya ng konti. Iba talaga si Ms. Lea. Pero how blessed si Rachell dhl once again pinay nanaman ang napili to play the ame role.

BRAVO! i'm sure this is the highlight of the concert.. amazing! A historic duet - from the original Kim and the new Gigi for the 2014 revival of Ms Saigon. GOOSEBUMPS!!!!

Fantastic! I guess this was before Rachel went to London and obviously have not yet trained vocally for the role. I am sure she sings the song more differently now, more superb like Lea.

OMG!! Wow! This is the first big number in the show. Rachelle set the bar way up high. The new Kim will have to work real hard so as not to be overshadowed. This makes me want to hop on a plane for London in the summer.

Plus, at this point in time, Lea has had the honor of being trained by the team of Miss Saigon years back while Rachelle has yet to go through it. So please, let us just put things into perspective. Rachelle will not bag the role if she didn't have what it takes to be Gigi.

Royal Fierce Lea will definitely not sing Rachelle’s songs the Rachelle’s way. She knows her craft so well. She will sing it her way using her own range, maximizing her strengths within her own limits. That’s the secret why Lea’s performances are consistently flawless.

Rachelle has an excellent vocal quality. She only needs to develop further theatrical nuances, qualities that a mature and seasoned theater performer that Lea Salonga has. No question, Lea Salonga is the QUEEN! Talent at its best! And, both are from the Philippines huh!

Rachelle Ann go's theatrical voice will develop more as soon as Miss Saigon kicks in in west end. They're gonna have more practice there and believe me when she comes back in the Philippines her voice will become more amazing!

For all those who think they are better than Rachel. Think first before you speak. Cameron McIntosh wouldn't have gotten her if she was not perfect for the role of Gigi for the 25th year anniversary of Miss Saigon.
