I’m so glad someone included General Grievous on this. He has such a devious laugh, never gets enough attention because his whole coughing fit thing kinda overshadows it.

Man, I love tmnt 2003 Shredder, his voice is the perfect combination of raspy, metallic, paired with his maniacal alien tendencies and diction, pure goosies.
