College Park, East Point, West End, if you are a black person these would be your preference. They are also on the train line route and West end is on belt line also.

Yaa that’s why I love SoCal so much. Always wanted to live there. Just so expensive and stuff. It’s so walkable and bikeable if you get a job within the same region. Atlanta seems really sprawled out

Unless you live out in the burbs Atlanta gets a bad rap for how sprawling it is. It's really not bad for sprawl at all ITP (Inside the Perimeter. I285) Public transportation is a problem going out into and between the suburbs but this is mostly a political issue. Atlanta officials have been attempting for many decades to have better Public transport connecting the suburbs but the people that live out there have almost always voted down almost any measures to do so.

Which neighborhoods do retirees prefer that are close to amenities and conveniences if you don't have a car and are from out of state??

What’s your opinion of Collier Heights, is it safe, close to the belt line, etc?

At the end of the video you said there is not a lot to do in downtown Atlanta ! I was born and raised within the city limits. There's a lot to do downtown. Let's start with Centennial Park , The Tabernacle The CNN center , Underground Atlanta, Magic City , Goosebumps , Georgia World Congress Center , State Farm Arena ,Mercedes Benz Stadium , Auburn Ave district, Fox Theatre , Aquarium, Coca Cola Museum, College Football Hall of Fame , Margaritaville , Hard rock Cafe night clubs many restaurants, thousands of hotel rooms , conventions , concerts, trade shows , festivals, thousands of apartments, condos , 7 Marta train stations , Centennial Yards under construction , all of this within half a mile radius.

While I agree that I did undersell it, much of what you listed falls more in the category of tourist / vacation visit amenities and not popular spots for locals. The underground? Coke museum? Hard rock cafe!!? Congress center? CNN Center? lol, c'mon. None of these are for locals. Sporting events & festivals? Absolutely. Quality restaurants & daily activities? No way. Also - Fox theatre is in Midtown.
