First of all, I’d have to carry out 3 suitcases of money if we’re assuming $200 million in cash. If it was just a check then I’d understand but if it was in cash $20 million in $100 bills would weigh approximately 440.92 pounds. The amount of time to carry out 3 suitcases would be the same as dragging out my husband and mother in law. That’s about 150lbs per suitcase and so I can’t really carry all three at a time. I actually don’t think I can carry a hundred fifty pound suitcase. I’m sure I can wheel it out. I would have to wheel out two suitcases and then have to come back for my husband and then go back for the other suitcase. Those are three trips in total. Based on this rationale, I can have a total of 3 trips. Hence, I am able to save my husband, mother-in-law, and one suitcase (approximately $$6,666,700, which is a lot of money). If it was just a check of $20 million then the question is valid. I would actually just have 2 choices. Of course, I’d choose my husband and mother-in-law because I love them both, and I value human lives. If they were strangers, I’d still choose to save them. I didn’t “earn” that $20 million so I wouldn’t be losing any money. I would definitely be grieving for at least a year over my dog. 🐶😭😭😭
