I've got zero issues sleeping I've slept out side drenched in rain while hunting woke up feeling like crap stunk like wet dog and we didn't get a deer 😂 but the ten cans of thatchers gold and a bacon sandwich made it all good 👍

While I was unemployed i couldn't keep a sleep schedule. I'd sit and stare at my email or my indeed profile waiting and it really messed me up for a long time. Before that i was a pretty consistent night owl, and enjoyed a graveyard shift. Now I'm doing farm work for room and board, and sleeping a solid 10 hours a night like a rock. Never woken up more sore- but refreshed.

I never actually thought of that.. if i were in that situation id probably spend the first 30 days or maybe all days having nightmares, paranoia from zombies, anxiety with supplies. Waking up in the middle of the night should be an expensive negative trait since its permanent but not too expensive since sleepi pills exist.

Every gane that lets you sleep has this. Also one time when i was playing as a veteran. My character would wake up panicked all the fuckin time. Which might mean the veterans have PTSD

Fun fact you can actually find small firearms in school lockers in project zomboid

Thats why i always take wakeful and needs more sleep at the same time that way my character is constantly never satisfied and i wake up every 2 hours and cant get back to sleep but im inhumanly tired at the same time you could also check the setting in sandbox mode that allows for encounters while you sleep to randomly happen

Can I recommend you try out "Restless sleeper" trait? With that trait you start feeling sleepy mere half an hour after waking up. So you definitely don't wake up refreshed. Also with Dynamic traits mod, you can't just pick this trait. But it just appears on you if you get depressed or very hungry.

With the right traits you can fix that. I take wakeful and restless sleeper. My character sleeps the way I do, rests for a couple hours, wakes up, get some things done around the house, then goes back to bed. Also like me I have enough energy throughout the day. I guess I adapted.

Oh, you do.. sometimes when you get a jumpscare, you end up with dirty pants... But yeah, there's no moodle for bladder or bowel contents.. yet... Imagine holding in your poop too long would result in various discomfort moodles, until eventually you use a toilet to get rid of the moodle.. and end up losing health and leaving a bloody mess behind due to hemorrhoids or worse..
