Especially Han Donggeun jesus christ that voice is gold. You won't hear a very deep, husky and full singing voice like that in kpop. His breathe and downpour cover in KOMS just shows how unique his voice is.

Ok let’s talk about Yuqi Her voice is deeper than a regular k pop idol. It’s so catchy and her tone is amazing. She’s a lead vocal for many reasons

Maybe it's easy for you to recognize his voice since you're obviously a fan but to someone who doesn't closely follow BTS, his voice sounds generic. And that's me saying that as a kpop fan for 12 years. Edit: not saying that everyone in this list have unique voices. Most sounds generic to me too.

Haechan should definitely be higher in the list, his vocals are absolutely unique and bright.

they have unique voices but unfortunately the empre does not let them show it, there are few times where they are heard singing with their real tone, unfortunately many of those clips contain a lot of copyright for the song or because they are from some program.

The fact that moonbyul who is a contralto, a tipe of voice that only 2% of the female population have and she isn't included in this list ._.

I don't know if you are familiar with the blog Kpopvocalanalysis but the owner of the blog is a professional vocal trainer who does a lot of vocal analysis for Kpop idols. He made this video on contralto kzread.info/dash/bejne/pYSOx7Sso8Kocrg.html and he mentioned that he did not think there was any contralto in the Kpop industry. He even said that he would argue that Moonbyul is a mezzo-soprano. Of course, he might be wrong but fans shouldn't throw around "Moonbyul is a contralto" as a fact when it is highly debatable.

Onew’s Voice have that unique color.. just like his talking voice. It’s soft but still powerful.. I can’t describe it fully. It fits many types of music too. If Onew trained for Opera it’ll work too. His voice fits it too.

Whenever you here Taehyung sing you know it’s him. His voice deep and sensual, it makes u feel something. It’s extremely soothing but at the same time rough and sexy. His voice doesn’t always match BTS bc they usually put jimin or jungkook bc their voice matches what they are singing. But Taehyung is a whole different breed. Everything about Taehyung is different from other idols. Can’t wait for his Mixtape. -My Opinion.

IMO Tae and Jin sound really good together as well. It's because Tae and Jin have similar techniques the same way Jungkook and Jimin share many stylistic choices. But the four of them together is really a gift to BTS. If only they knew to utilise each voice better. For example in some songs the parts are divided in a bad way. Sometimes Tae should get 1,5 verses, but not the chorus if it's more suitable to Jungkook/Jimin. In stead they make Tae sing lines that doesn't really show off his true colours. Jungkook does all their guide tracks so it's understandable that most songs are within his comfortable range. In stead they make Tae sing lines that doesn't really show off his true colours. In BE this seemed to have changed somewhat for the better.

Chen will always be one of, if not THE best vocalist in the entire Korean industry (Maybe even more than that). Chanyeol should of been here too, not only is his rapping amazing but his singing voice is so beautiful and u wouldn't think he's a rapper if u heard his singing before his rapping

Not to break your bubble but there’s quite some idols with those type of voice let’s take someone from the same group for example Jimin and Jin. Jimin has: a raspy voice, hight pich voice, smooth voice, and his voice is actually deep when.... well he’s.... Whining(? ) Jin has : a smooth voice, can have a hight husky voice and also a deep voice

Itz_Thea Gacha And what makes his voice unique and recognizable is, Taehyung naturally has a deep voice. Jimin can make his voice raspy and lower his notes, but not as much as Taehyung is able to. We all know that Taehyung is a professional when it comes to low notes and rasps, even though he ain't doing the rasps anymore nowadays. :( And yes, Jin can do pretty damn low notes as well, but naturally Jin doesn't have a deep voice. And that's why we say Taehyung has a unique voice, he sounds deep, but at the same time, he sounds soft and pretty high as well. Just so you know, some vocal coaches does not even believe that Taehyung sings live. They said, he sounded too good and too, uh, real? What's the right word lmao

@nanamutita army yes I know everything you said is true but about that Tae has natural raspy voice and low voice I know that’s true these are facts but also Jimin has a hight pitch voice so we might not see him sing in a deep voice BUT(again Lol) I’m pretty sure that Jimin has a natural kinda deep, husky(I think??), sexy kinda of voice (Lol). Like have you heard him speak in Busan satori. But everything else you said is really true I’m just stating my point of view. And I’m sorry if you think I’m being biased I’m sorry. I think Wheein from mamamoo also has a unique voice,tbh her singing technique matches with Ariana Grande which is rare to find in Kpop. You won't notice it if you newly stanned mamamoo but the more you listen, the more you realise that she has a golden voice that should not be slept on.

I feel like the catagory "unique" is for idols who's voice you can recognize very easily. They have very distinct voices and some of the idols here have normal basic kpop idol voice like you know what I mean? >< you don't even have to stan them or know their songs,, you'll be like- "yEs I KnoW hiM/hEr"

yeah, some idols when you hear their voice it has such a unique color and you can recognize it immediately. i think there are a few idols who's voices are like this that you dont have to stan to know. for example: taehyung (deep baritone), haechan (nasal, high voice), hyuna and edawn (nasal), and jungwoo (very soft quiet voice). very easy to pick out. if these idols became a group... omg

For me jimin from bts has the most unique voice. His voice colors are amazing. You can't listen without emotions💜 he deserves to be in list. According to citizens jimin is on the first place💗

You can never find a voice that is familiar with June (iKON)'s voice. His husky voice is really unique that even iKON is not really famous, he's still in top 8, the thing I'm proud of the most.
