Chewing sounds are my canary in the coal mine for my bipolar swings. When I hear someone chewing and it makes me want to throttle them to stop the noise, I realize that I'm swinging into a manic phase and should just stay away from people and off of online shopping sites for a day or two. This realization has saved me a lot of money, not to mention saving uncounted lives.

I too hate the sound of other people chewing and swallowing, like if someone is drinking someone I can hear them swallow. *gulp* *gulp* *gulp* *gulp* *gulp* It's like "Can you not? Please?" And also even heavy breathing, in my ear.
