He's the type of player you love to have on your team, not because he's talented but because he the mindset and work ethic of winner/champion... guys like him, you know its just a matter of time before it clicks for them... and when it does, they will help you win a lot of games. Also, he build his teammates up around him, no one will slack off cause he sets the tone. We got the definition of: A Solid Player. (Kinda like grady jarret is)

You're Falcons-specific? Too bad. I had this great idea for an in-depth video that you might have gone for if only the Falcons had been smarter & traded fro Fields. See here's the thing: Caleb Williams is being touted as 'Generational' based 100% on his college highlight reel. Yet when placed side by side with Fields' we can see that there isn't a single thing Caleb can do that Fields can't. So how is one generational & not the other? If anything Fields is a better rusher with more of his runs threatening to break into huge gains. But that's not a deal-breaker for any QB. What really stood out to me is that Caleb horribly under-throws a couple of passes So Badly despite being under no pressure at all that his receivers have to actually stop & wait for the ball to come down. They would be INTs in the NFL. They ended up being TDs because the defenses clearly gave up on those plays. So I counted how many throws each QB placed badly enough to either cause the receivers to have to stop dead or only by inches, but those inches may have allowed the defense to make plays. Fields only throws two of the latter kind. Caleb throws over ten with also throwing the ridiculously under-throws "should have been INTs." This is his _highlight_ reel. Are people regarding his worst passes as great because opposing defenses allowed them to be caught & they make pretty spirals? Either way this is a great example of media promoting itself then acting as if they caught wind of a great story when in actuality they created it. Fields is still incredibly accurate with even his INT reel showing his passes hit his receivers only they deflect or drop them. All of his negatives are due to play-calling & media hype. Turns out that NFL coaches & GMs also buy into that.

@@marqchaney Cool. Well, let me know if you do because I think that Eberflus' apparent charisma causes people to forget things he has done that are factors in this. I'd prefer not to influence you in any way, but do you remember when it was discovered that Mac Jones was seeking help outside the Patriots & Matt Patricia? Imagine what we all would have thought had Bellichick Said Nothing about the matter. We'd all know that Jones was on the outs with him, right? Well? Fields called out his coaches publicly twice. Remember what the team's owner, HC & GM whose career might be haunted if he had to trade Fields instead of the #1 pick for a haul said at the time? Nothing. Not one word. *Clearly* that indicated they could care less if Fields died the next day. Can you imagine Justin _Herbert_ saying his coaches were confusing him & Spanos not immediately appearing in a puff of smoke demanding that the head of whatever coaches were responsible brought to him to explain why they were wasting the tens of millions he spends _on_ him? As someone 100% immune to charm & never lets it distract me from wrong & right, it astounded me that No One in the media or any of the NFL analysis channels paid that incident any mind. I didn't bother to e-mail myself the links to the first time Fields did this because I *assumed* there'd be follow-up & I wouldn't have to. Big mistake. & there's more, but as I said, don't want to influence you. I an point to facts like that & have some videos that indicate some Very Real Concerning play-calling. If you ask, fine. But otherwise, it's your time, effort & channel. I would suggest you take time to contemplate this though. Let's say Fields gets to start & it goes well. The channel that produces a video saying "I foresaw this" could gain attention. For me, it'd be an attempt to put his career back on track. Sure, Lamar gets too much hate too, & it _almost_ derailed his career. But the Matt Canada *& Fields cases **_PROVE_** that fans & media influence coaches & GMs too much* & now Fields may never start again because of this. That ain't right.

@@marqchaney Sad isn't it how rare that is, hunh? Yeah, even on analysis channels it's not appreciated. I read a book once that was a _collection of_ studies on human behavior. Even the people conducting these studies & the professors who teach them are reluctant to admit to themselves what they're seeing. Society has a way of making us feel ostracized & alone for not thinking 100% in line with Majority Opinions & it also pretends it isn't doing this to protect everyone's sense of ego. Perhaps I'm no better & only My Own Ego 'requires' that I behave this way, or it's my ability to think long-term. You have to shut down All Innovation to conform to the majority. So that means if I find a cure for a disease I can't let people know? Yes. The guy who discovered Helicobacter pylori & not stress causes ulcers is still having his career repressed by the Australian government because people side with their Preconceived Notions (PNs) over things like human rights or saving lives. So it's bigger than football, but applies to it as well. There seems to be a cultural fear of calling out _any_ play callers in a serious way. & if you're thinking "I never thought I'd hear a discussion about fottball & human rights together" that just goes to show how we all reconciled what happened to Colin Kaepernick Precisely Because it is hard to keep ourselves thinking about issues we know aren't popular in our society. I see how things connect better than most people do I think.
