They should be promised total immunity from any charges at all for telling their story. The PTB always use small infractions to bully them into silence. (Drug use, personal mistakes from the past, sex work etc.) It’s the only way for artists to safely tell the stories about these incredibly wealthy, corrupt and connected individuals who exploit and abuse gifted artists.

The woman's words about deserving their fame speak to the jealousy the older execs have towards the idols. It makes me think about all the forced plastic surgery, starvation, lack of promotion, and ridiculous outfits the idols go through

And still not much has changed, unfortunately exploitation is rife in the kpop industry

This disgust of a woman is making me so angry, like how can you treat other people like this, and the fact that they are so young and trusted her, like it's so cruel to misuse her position as an employer and an adult. When I thought she couldn't stoop any lower than what she already had. She then accused them of SA, which is so despicable, when it's clear that it's the other way around. I feel so so bad for all of the members and I'm so grateful for the fans who spread the word about mistreatment and taking videos and sharing it. These fans are the reason that they no longer have to be under that evil woman's company. I only knew about Omega X because 2 of the members from 1team joined this group, and I was genuinely happy that they were still going to work as idols, but for the second time since 1teams disbanded I really wish they hadn't disbanded, because of everything they had to go through. I hope going forward that everything will be better for the group, and I truly wish them happiness and success.

That nutjob of a former CEO cannot let Omega X live in peace. There was a video clip that was shown that clearly showed that she sat back and made no move to stop any touching that went on and there was a man in there( a staff member) who watched this occurring a didn't act like it was anything unusual. It sickens me to think of what the Omega X members had to endure with being signed to Spire Entertainment. The former CEO needs to face jail time and Spire should be forced to shut down and compensate the members of Omega X for the mental and physical torment that they were forced to endure. The Management Agencies are too powerful. The Artists have to take control now and the only way is by an Artist's Union. The Union can negotiate safe working conditions and timeframes so that artists can perform at their best, not ill or overworked. A Doctor always touring with them etc. Until the Artists make a stand, this abuse will continue and no one will be a winner. The idol bands are too large, they cover up poor singers, for better looking idols and more graceful dancers. This is a way to control the bands. Profits split eleven ways will NEVER make a profit. They have to pay back production costs, wardrobes, touring costs and Management costs. They will always just be poorly paid singers and dancers. So Idols I have given you the solution. If everyone pays a couple of dollars from idols and actors you could have a very strong Union. Just like in the UK and the United States.

Omega X came from different failed groups and decided to form one in hopes for a better results. And now they experience this😭😭😭 I feel so heavy esp coz I know Hangyeom and Taedong even before this group formed. I'm so sorry boys😢, I hope everything will be okay and that nasty CEO and that company will be send to jail.

So, as far as I'm aware, defamation is a huge crime in Korea, punishable by jail time. When the claims are proven false that CEO of Spire should hopefully find a spot in a jail cell. For a while. A long while. What these boys went and continue going through is just despicable!

This was a shocking revelation. Through this video, I realized that not all aspiring K-pop idols were really that lucky. Some of them had to go through some shit before making it in the said industry. Some weren't lucky at all. I also realized that there are some corporate officers or personnel like this bitchy CEO who seemed to get their kicks out of hurting these young talents. It's really very difficult to deal with people who are mentally unstable. I don't mean no apology for saying so because, let's face it, we are going to bump into some people who are literally unfit to handle human affairs due to their aggressive tendencies.
