Advices in the video are good, but are based on playing your actual hand and not your range. This is ok if you play against recreational opponents, and is what I often do (I play mostly live games 2/5 and 5/10), but if you play against good ones (not necessarily super balanced GTO players, just very good reg) you get crushed in no times. Playing like this is how the mid reg stopped winning when 2 or 3 good regs are at the table.
