The false marriage of H&M was 'papered' over by QEII because she correctly predicted blowback if it didn't go through. (Remember she lived through the whole Margaret-Townsend mess). The flaws in the marriage vows and paperwork were the cutoff switch if it didn't work out. She likely confided that to Anne but not Charles (could we have a read on that as the cards seemed to say it). If the marriage did work out, things would be quietly corrected and all would be 'jake'. If not, stamp a great big CANCELLED on it. They may very well pretend a divorce and create a nullification for the actual non-public record. In the UK, based on my research, a 'nullity' of marriage is that the marriage is void from the very beginning because of defects. It's complicated and there are time limits though.

Annulment is still recognized in certain jurisdictions in US. Pursuant to our Constitution, marital law is reserved to the States. The old concept of common law marriage has been abolished in SC for some time and that was a hangabout from the days where many folks lived in remote areas where it was difficult to comply with the normal strictures of contract and also living together was frowned upon/ disgraceful. Grounds for annulment still exist in SC, but in quite limited circumstances. I am only throwing this out bc SoCarolina is and has always been one of the most “conservative” re: marital status (ie: not political, but in favor of promulgating/preserving the marital contract.) I do believe all legal systems based on common law as in UK, Canada & US, in its essence, marriage is a contract subject to the law of contract and as modified by competent laws.(eg: child support, alimony, fault or no fault, etc) Contracts are voidable upon a party approaching the court, and can be declared, null and void, never existed, if there are legally recognized flaws/irregularities in the conduct or writings of the contract. Divorce is a legal creation that allows the breach and break of the contract. I hated anything to do with domestic court, but I do like the logic. Hoping a UK, Aus, NZ or Canadian that knows their law will chime in with the scoop for their jurisdictions!😊

Unfortunately I do recall when the speculation of the legality of the marriage was originally talked about re. the names used during the ceremony it was pointed out that this was not relevant (obviously it's very common for real names to be fluffed during the ceremony due to nerves etc. ) but it's down to the names on the actual marriage certificate. Hopefully there might be another reason why the marriage was not legal though, it would certainly save face for the Royals. What a great read thank you I was riveted.

So did they do the Botswana wedding, that was not legal and then when they went to sign the book at the 'real' wedding the Queen said she couldn't sign because she said they were already married? This sounds cray, but this happened to me, in a way. My son was born when I was only 6 months pregnant, so we called our Catholic priest, thinking the child would not survive, but we wanted him baptized, if possible if he was born alive, but did not make it. So I had an emergency C Section and we had a 2 pounder. He was immediately taken to the NICU, where the priest baptized him with only my husband present. And he made it! Now a 22 year old investment banker. But when we inquired about a formal baptism, we went through the classes at our parish, but they said he could not be baptized twice, the first one counted. So the priest did a wonderful "welcoming" ceremony to the Catholic Church for us. Bummer that I missed my son's baptism. But his father was there, so all good. Religions have strict rules. High Anglican is not very different from Catholic.

She's 42. That was proven at the high school she graduated from. There are class pictures on the wall of the school, and it definitely shows her with her class, and all of them are now 41-42.

Her family were threatened to say she's 42 but she is really 47 now. She has 2 sets of final classmates as she was held back/, unable to graduate until the 2 girls she bullied and superglued their eyes shut whilst her gang held them down, graduated! Her 1st boyfriend and husband were both the same age as her and they are now 47. Harry wouldn't have married her if he had known that she had a hysterectomy when she was 29 and was 4 years older than she claimed, lying about her fertility and giving H legitimate heirs!

She is definitely 42. Her father, sister and brother all insist she is 42. I also believe there are discrepancies with the marriage, and that's why nothing was done when she put the kids up as Prince and princess. The King doesn't need to climb in and strip them of titles etc he is giving them enough rope, and they are doing a great job of showing the world what they are.😂

Only 1 witness from each side required to sign the register. Charles would have signed as father of the groom.

If Andrew was responsible for introducing that ex-yacht girl to the Royal Family, ofcause he doesn’t want the truth being exposed.

My sister's name was wrongly spelt on her Marriage certificate for nearly 50 years... That's in Australia

I re-watched the H/M wedding, the pastor ONLY used Harry and Megan names, saw Charles head pop up at that, he looked like that’s not correct! And the couple during their vows used Harry and Megan as well! Hummus, that very telling!

I could not get over the look on the late Queen’s face as they took their vows. Now I think she knew. She was rumoured to have offered Meghan money to go away, but Meghan demanded more. Now the only way the late Queen would have let it go through was if Meghan had some dirt to blackmail her with. And I believe the dirt she had involved Andrew. She knew him from Soho house and from Jeffery Epstein’s yacht. And Marcus Anderson was with her all the way. She seems to be good at threatening exposure to people she wants control of. So it would not surprise me if MI5 discover some blackmail material involving Andrew. And King Charles has been in the dark, because if he knew, Andrew would not be living at Royal Lodge.

True...but if they did not register the Church marriage papers with the Min of Births, Marriages & Deaths, then they are not married. Some one has to look into this.

Archie is the fake child Harry and Mad Meg pretended to have, using silicon Reborn dolls and photos of other people's babies in the photoshopped photos they released of their "happy, normal family". They did the same with Lili. Neither child exists and the child 'actors' remained in the care of their parents.

I have always suspected that Meghan knows something about Andrew from their yacht days. I believe she was blackmailing the late Queen with this information. I don’t think there was meant to be a wedding, but Meghan had other plans. She is so smug. She thinks she has won. But she is a fool if she underestimates William, Anne and Camilla. They are all aware of the public outcries against H & M, and have had enough. I suspect that Harry has been contacted by palace staff and been given a deadline to tell the truth. After that date (maybe Easter), all hell will break loose. The only unknown is how King Charles will react. And the late Queen’s face as she looked at Meghan at the wedding said it all.

It is considered bad manners, not done, bad form etc for Royals to mention what number they are in the LoS. ONLY William and his 3 children are relevant, as the odds of them all being killed off won't happen. (They aren't allowed to travel together for that reason). Nor should a satanic Traitor trying to illegally seize The Throne be allowed to wreck the British Monarchy and squander £Billions in wild, lawless brutality!

@@emstirling-is4nuyes. It was humorous entertainment. You could see the faces of the rest of the royals. I am originally from Georgia. Been in the U.K. for nearly 20 years. I get the Reverend’s overly excited gospel. But it was SO out of place in a royal wedding ceremony. Either the late Queen approved it because the wedding would be eventually null and void, or it was MM’s insurance to emphasise her “black” ness. We all know when she is in the U.K. she darkens her skin. When she’s in the US, she’s white.
