Living here in Southern CA the sound of the wind and seeing your breath just makes me cold! I give you a lot of credit being out and handling the cold weather like you do. Love your videos and what a good influence you are to others with your positive attitude, your wisdom and your independence at such a young age.

For everyone concerned about my safety and stance on guns. I do not think this exact situation a gun would have helped me. The safest thing to do was wait it out and now expose myself even if I was armed. I am not against the second amendment.

Carry anyway(legally), you were better off with out a firearm because they're intent was not to hurt you (most likely did not know you were there) but if someone with a gun wants to hurt you only a gun or a police officer with super powers that can teleport is going to be able to save you.

I'm female and camped 3 years in a vehicle and 2 years tent. I can totally understand being awake and alert under these circumstances. The only thing I would have done different is when I had a break from them I would have got up front and drove away. I never had any scares in the vehicle but had a van with immediate access to the driver's seat and I had black out curtains for every window, so I always felt in control. Tent camping.....1 terrifying scare. It was a night with no moonlight. I woke at 4am to go poddy. Sat down at the end of my tent to have a cig. Right after I lit my cig and my eyes recovered I saw two bare feet about 2 feet from me. He asked me for a cig and walked a few feet and sat down. The next 30 minutes was so scary! He asked me if I wanted to have sex. I started rambling and fumbling around telling him I had to head out to my sons house he was expecting me. He wouldn't look at me he just stared at the wood log in his hand. I could feel he wanted to hurt me.I finally asked him after I had put a couple cans in a sock "are you going to hurt me?" He stood up and started up the path out of my camp. He got about. half way up the rocks and he said, "I'm going to hurt you, just not today". Then he left.

YOUNG PEOPLE - do something crazy like this dude! In my 20's and early 30's, I climbed many mountains (mainly my best friend and me), mountain biked all over Colorado, took long distance motorcycle trips, fished TONS of lakes in Minnesota/Canada, traveled the country, etc, etc, etc. We/I had a BLAST! Memories to last a lifetime. I LOVE my life now....but, I'm older (married with 3 kids), desk job, and my body is slowly changing (requiring more sleep, not as energetic, and a LOT LESS alcohol😀). Get out there and live life!!! Live with the attitude of "NO REGRETS." Take lots of pics and have FUN!!!!

A firearm probably isn't needed for protection against a couple high schoolers plinking with a .22 near where you're parked at 3am, but a firearm would be very handy against an axe murderer or even just a regular meth head armed with a crowbar or hammer. People are more scary than anything I've encountered in nature. Finding bear prints in the dirt on dirt in the rocky mountains was less scary than finding foot prints out side my tent in a local camp ground. You know what to expect from wild life, people are unpredictable and capable of the dumbest shit.

The Democrats are drunk on power, but this dangerous assault on our Constitution and important legal precedent will not work. As Trump hasn't conceded, he now has a right to contest the entire election and that will mean the remaining 49 states will have to conduct a full forensic audit as a result. Why do you think so many states are visiting AZ for the audit right now, including states that supposedly already went Trump and didn't have contested election issues? They know what is coming. Thanks for posting this! I haven't left my house in over a month, health reasons put me at the highest risk with all of this, so this helps me keep occupied during the day! My advice, bring a weapon. Me and my uncle go camping a lot in his RV. We always pick a spot where there is a lot of trees, we tie fishing line very tight around the trees and the radius of the RV, about 6-8 inches off the ground with bells tied to the fishing line every so often and sleep with the windows cracked open, if someone walks into the fishing line or trips over it, the bells will alert us, it gives us PLENTY of time to prepare ourselves, even with weapons, if need be.

Ive got a Ford e350xlt van and my #1 rule for parking at night is to KEEP MY BACK TO THE WALL (or my tail end, whatever you wanna call it. Makes for easier escape. I couldn’t do this if I couldn’t get to the front from the interior. But I do see where this works for occasional camping. 🤙

I remember staying in Salida, CO for a week and they had deer all over peoples yards like squirrels. It was bizarre.
