These were by far the craziest rolls I have ever had, glad it was the same with you. I got triple Frankenstein in one multi, double Beowulf in the next, then immediately after on the third consecutive multi, got spooked by Jeanne and Waver. Got her in the end but it took 800 quarts EDIT: and got spooked by Lobo, it was so traumatizing I forgot about that. First copy of him though so it’s not too bad

I fucking lost it at the rainbow nightingale, I literally choked on my tears and had to rewind multiple times just to see if the laughter was Klidge's or mine

Every time Myst says don't do this to me it seems like they don't hear him

I have never felt so much pain in watching someone else roll before.

I started playing FGO two weeks ago. I play more modern gachas where there are pitied and better rates, so I could never understand the pain of people in fgo. Now that I'm here, I truly believe you guys are masochistic insane bastards for even rolling. I dont dare to roll in anything.

I got her in my first multi, same with Space Ishtar, and Heroine X with 3 tickets. I feel so relieved and rewarded since with Muramasa I wasted 500sq and 35 tickets and no 5 stars, so this 3 already got me back up haha!!! I’m a f2p so this was just great!!

I don't know if I have to be proud or to feel bad. As an Ushi simp (lvl 100 OG Ushi and Lvl 114 Summer Ushi), I dumped all my 1600 SQ to get NP5 Taira. In the end I got NP4 Taira, Spook Mordred, 14 new SR (+ several copies), first black grail and Kscope. I really wanted the NP5 waifu so I spend 95€ and... Nothing. Then another 95€ and... Nothing. Then another 95€ and... Nothing again. I was hesitant to spend more because the gacha lord seemed to have left my phone and fortunately (?) I stopped. I'm hoping to get her 5th copies with the new year 2024 banner.

Rolled 22 quartz that I just pulled out of mail on a whim and got Circe and TIara. So feeling pretty good about that.

So I guess I’m not the only one who got numerous SR sabers. Did two tickets, got Siegfried. Did a multi, got Chevalier and Lakshmi nearly back to back (heh, ironic). Did some fried point rolls and got Artoria Lily. Not complaining really. I just wanted some of the CEs and I got them so I’m happy.

I got emo Ushi in just 1 multi unexpectedly, which is fortunate since I don't want to dump it all in this banner

I could have NP7 Kagekiyo if not for Vritra and Anastasia, and surprisingly I only got 3 SR from all those rolls. All of that in about ~500 SQs and 51 tickets.

I am sorry for you two and everyone else I apparently have the luck of the devil and got her on my first roll rainbow as well…

Hi, I've been playing for about a week, so I'm a new ftp player. I accidentally spent 30 quartz on an event banner and got her. Before that, I received the Dioscuri in the standard banner. Which one do you think is better for the role of the main servant?

They’re both really good single target dps servants, so you can’t really go wrong with either of them. Dioscuri have a spammable, unavoidable NP and have some team support in their kit, and Taira has a more selfish kit with better overall damage potential and can survive a really long time in hard fights.

I’ll also note that Taira will probably work slightly better as a universal damage dealer since you rarely ever run into moon cancers. Dioscuri will be a very good neutral damage dealer (especially with supports) and a go-to against lancers, but will be hard to use against archer bosses of which there are a decent number in story content.

Now that I’m looking at her kit more closely, Tiara’s NP is also just about unavoidable, since it removes defensive buffs (including invul and evade) before damage, so she matches the Dioscuri in that regard. I’m gonna say invest in Taira over the twins if you want more of a failsafe servant for boss fights. Better survivability, similar or better damage potential, buff removal is better than ignore def/invul imo, less support reliant.

@@lth_lch I thought so, but I had doubts about this, so I wanted to hear the opinion of other people. As for removing buffs from the enemy, that is, does it work in any case, or is there invulnerability, then the buff cannot be removed and the damage will not pass?

@@keri2978 The only reason Taira's damage wouldn't go through is if the enemy somehow had the buff removal resistance buff on them, and that's a pretty rare thing to have. There are very few servants with buff removal resistance in the game, and I could probably count on one hand the number of them that you'd run into with any sort of consistency.

I could buy a new AMD GPU with the price of that phone, holy fuck. I kinda want it. Would you recommend the 7 since it's the cheaper option?

DUDE I just got two 5 Star units in the 1st multi summon which is Jack the Ripper and Taira no kagekiyo what luck!!! Is it ok on NP1 and which meta units for 2023 should I save the saint quartz for free to play users?

They’re both fine at NP1 for most purposes. The best new meta units coming out this year are Koyanskaya, Oberon, Melusine, and Morgan who will all be coming in the summer. I don’t know if you’re new or not, but assuming you are, since you just pulled two quick servants I’d recommend pulling for Skadi if you don’t already have her since she’s the best quick support we have for the foreseeable future. I believe she has a rate up on this year’s Christmas event. Then again, Castoria also has a rate up this year if you don’t already have her.

That sucks. I had a really long dry spell after pulling Himiko last year. Couldn’t get van Gogh or Muramasa when I tried, and only managed to get Spishtar after first getting spooked by Artemis and having to buy another pack.
