I bought the Tornado V3 Flagship a couple weeks ago, unfortunately from another company. So far it’s been a really good cube. But even if there was a problem with it I wouldn’t ask SCS to replace it, I would fix it myself or just buy a different one altogether. I’m just getting into the speed cube thing so all this is still pretty new to me. I would never consider being a speed cuber, totally dyslexic. I am happy with solving in under three minutes. And thanks to J Perm I just learned how to solve the Rubiks cube. Keep up the good work guys! God bless!!

Jesus, Cameron is younger then me by a long shot. I always assuming he was around my age but nope. I just started a company a few years ago, though my company is centered around software. I can absolutely relate to a lot of the things you guys are talking about. I can't tell you how many times I've had to deal with scorned clients that never really gave our company a chance or random negative reviews from people we've never done business with. It's just the name of the game unfortunately. I also running KZread channel, though I use a pseudonym, so I definitely understand being in the spotlight in that way. When you are visible to the clients through media, it becomes easier to criticize.

It's frustrating that Qiyi still didn't adress the plethora of problems the Tornado v3 has, It's a deal breaker for me because I've heard the cube is amazing and I would gladly buy it the V3 if the longevity of some of the models are non existent. Also, Keep up the Fantastic work ScS! Love you guys!

I live in Asia and orders usually take around 3.5 weeks to arrive(with passport shipping) and I understand that you guys can’t control the quality of goods. Put aside the negative stuff and keep up the great work!

I wouldn’t stress it! Relative to how many we sell, a small percentage are affected. I do believe it is a problem that QiYi should fix but if you do have an issue we will take care of it for you!

i was interested in getting a pvc coated cube but it's sad that you guys don't provide that service for gts3, maybe it's because of the ridges.

Yes, the Tornado V3 has broken one me, has anyone else has their DaYan Guhong pro have the magnets fall out? Mine is the 54 maglev version. I have noticed its only the corner pieces so far, it has happend to a friend so its not just me :/

I love getting to start my day with one of this videos. You two work great together for keeping the videos engaging. Not all the viewers are kids btw I'm 33 👴

For me, the tornado v3 piece design is horrible. The magnets fall out of place and if you drop the cube then you can't put together pieces. When you try, the thin plastic pins break. I just ended up using super glue.

The exact same thing happened to me. My friend dropped it and the thin colored part of the corner came off. The little plasticky clip thing broke and I had to use super glue, it's a great cube but it would be nice if QIYI made it more high quality.

Different designs. Corner twists are not a feature, how easy it is, makes the cube less enjoyable for many as when it happens in a solve, the cube can no longer be solved. For 2x2s, one corner is usually attached to the core for stability, if that corner is twisted, the cube will break
