Alot of buses, including the enviro 200 MMC you were driving in Croydon, actually do have interactive buttons. On the right hand side next to the speedometer gui, click the question mark and it will show where the interactive button are and when you hover over one, it tells you what it is

Sunshine steering is actually based on steering by holding A or D whereas Croydon you’d have to click A/D once or multiple times based on the sensitivity and it’s still not as realistic as sunshine

u can turn down the graphics or try to drive blocky basic (bus with no exterior), it helps
