I’m white, but am a farmer so was raised by awesome Mexican dudes like Yasperín. In fact, I see those bees in the background ready to pollinate their plums or cherries….Goddam I miss those days…Anyways, I’ve been lucky enough to enjoy chilaqiles my whole life, probably my favorite Mexican food. Can’t believe it’s not more popular up here yet?? Love these two together, had so many great relationships with great guys.

I noticed those to, I'm in Michigan so was a little took back with seeing them so soon. But they are in Texas.

My mom makes this about once a month or so, I love it! Use some real good salsa and eat it with chips and chorizo

I love Mexican lasagna with chicken, this kind of reminds me of that so I'm guessing I'd love this. To be honest I love Mexican food period. I don't think there is anything that I've had so far that I didn't like, and I have eaten a lot of it. Mexican chicken and rice is also really good.

I was blown away the first time I had this in San Jose del Cabo I couldn't quit eating it I think they brought me about six or seven rounds. I had them with the most amazing organic hot chocolate and coffee, Mexico has some of the best food in the world.
