120ml espresso coffee
100g sugar
30g corn starch
200g whipping cream
◾For the base
2 eggs
a pinch of salt
120g vanilla flavored sugar
100g butter
70ml espresso coffee
50ml water
10g cocoa
200g flour
8g baking powder
◾For the bath
70ml espresso coffee

Я з України. Приготувала за рецептом. Готується легко, не довго. Єдине, що крем рідкуватий, не тримає форму, довелося просто змастити верх пирога. Можливо вершки підвели.
