@FAIRWAYx Many of the certain characters non-canon endings in Mortal Kombat series did happened, in an alternate timeline.

Any of the endings that end with the phrase "Have a nice day." is guaranteed to be an insane ending.

I liked a lot of the MKX endings that seemed to imply that the “bad guys” would end up as the protagonists. Which would be amazing.

Early mortal kombat was like they gave a single writer a manga of a Dragon Ball tournament saga and a few martial arts movies and was left to there own devices seeing how fighting games back then really weren't directly about the plot but more the spectacle and game play

I agree with you they have Done reptile and Barack Dirty Like for instance on MKX Barack was set to be a playable character but they replace him with alien They did the same thing to reptile on mortal kombat 11 instead we got terminator over reptile We was supposed to get Sector smoke and Cyrex We should have got them for free Along with sheeva Sense they was in the story mode And Shane song Since we was on his island at the beginning of the crypt We should automatically unlock him for free right there

I think my favorite MK ending would be MK9 Cyber Sub-Zero ending. Just the way it stands out from all others by having no voice-over at all. Just visuals and music. Other endings I'm partial to: MK9 Sheeva - no matter how you phrase it, Shokans getting Australia is funny. MK11 Kotal Kahn and Erron Black - I just vibe with the themes and attitudes of these. MK1 (the new one) in general is interesting with how it makes all its endings (with the likely exception of guest characters) seemingly canon to the aftermath of the main story. I really hope they don't undo that with the next game. And I guess the trio of Sonya, Jarek and Jax endings from MK4 are a classic.

One of my favorite endings is the ending they give to Erron black in mkx with jax and the new gen trio kids they way all the characters ending connected was interesting
