The MOST INCREDIBLE REMOTE ISLAND You've Never Heard Of

We've sailed to an unknown island paradise with good food, clear water, and insane hikes. Niue is the most amazing destination we never knew existed.

What a spectacular atoll! We were blown away after the first hike and our first lunch. The crystal clear water is unbelievable. The terrain is unforgivingly unique. And I hope the cave formations came out in the video. Smiles were glued to our faces here in Niue and I'm so sad our time was cut short so abruptly.
Never fear, if you liked this part of Niue just wait until next time! We take on a crazy hike filled with spiders and blind jumps into hidden pools. Then we top it off with a SCUBA dive with our new friends Expedition Drenched. It's one helluva sendoff that leaves us craving even more of this island paradise.
Living #OffTheGrid on a Sailboat for us is all about creating a more sustainable way of life. The more of the world we see, the more we want to preserve it. But, living off the grid doesn’t have to mean sacrificing modern comforts. We believe self-sustainability and comfort can coexist.
From RV to sailboat we’ve lived off the grid for ten years and have learned a lot about renewable energy, creating safe drinking water and managing waste. You can learn more over on our website: www.gonewiththewynns.com/livi...
⭐ After you hit that play button we'd love to hear your thoughts in the comments below. We read every comment and do our best to respond to as many as we can. We create these vids for you, and we always welcome quality feedback.

Thanks for the video. My family are from Niue and when I was watching your video I saw my Village of Tuapa, the Mataapa chasm, and the Golden Arch. Lol. We live in New Zealand, I had the opportunity to take my wife and three sons back home in 2018. They love Niue and when I showed my sons your video they saw my grandfather's sister's home very briefly while you were driving and landmarks I had shown them where I stayed at. I am a patriotic New Zealander and very proud Niuean. Safe travels and thanks once again for your beautiful video of home. Kevin. 🇳🇺

It seems unphatamable, that such a pristine island can exist in today's world. Even just watching it gives me a bizarre vibe. It looks like something from pre-historic times or from another planet. It feels like it shouldn't exist. And I think maybe because it IS so untouched, unknown and hard to get to, it seems like the kind of place you visit either to be forgotten about the world, or at the end of your life after you've achieved everything you wanted to achieve. IDK how to describe it, but it doesn't feel like a place you just go to. Like it's something you have to earn and be deserving of.

T Sav well I have been living in it with my husband for over 3 years. Funny thing is after traveling everywhere in it we are just 3 miles from where we sold our big house and moved into this. We love this TC and choose it over the four 5th wheels we have owned. I don’t know there’s just something about the simplicity of it. On almost a daily basis we laugh and say “Can you believe we get to live like this”? I know it’s not conventional but for this moment in time we are happy with no regrets. Thank you, for asking and Merry Christmas.

When Nikki laughs her little laugh - I feel good all over. When she looks at the camera with her Alfred E. Neuman smile - (what? me worry?) - I feel good all over.

You can make your Olde slip-ons like Nieue! Happens to me a lot. Clean the surfaces, dry, and apply either contact cement or crazy glue. Easy peasy lemon squeezy.

Mash Code I once had a pair of trainers for 3 years in school doing at least 1 hour of sports 5 days a week because I always patched them up with a little shoe glue or rather my Dad did😂 It’s surprising how long things last after a little diy fixing

@@CMO0002 yes, and trainers / sneakers for the most part can't be recycled due to the nature of the composite and blended materials that go into their manufacturing. There have been some interesting attempts at a modular design.

@@MaShcode I did not know this! Thanks for the info. I'm pretty interested in recycling and reusing materials (even though it may not always be possible to do in a home environment).
