You need to go neon green or rather chartreuse for flounder. That’s the magic color. 26” is my pb Southern flounder and 18” gulf flounder from little lagoon at west pass. The thing with bigger baits, you won’t catch as many. But you will catch bigger flounder.

Wish I could ever see flat calm conditions like that in sc, that’s awesome. Around here the flounder are all over the surf and live mullet is the ticket for bait.

Seem to all be close to beach. Ever just throw parallel to shore line about 5 to 10 feet out? Or you fishing particular part of structure where you think larger ones hanging out? Do that pond fishing. Throw straight behind boat and fast retrieve for chain pickerel. Under rated eating fish if you know how to cook them.

Was catching flounder on plastic voodoo shrip if ft. Morgan pier last weeks, most were on the small side.

Awesome video I went flounder fishing Saturday and caught 8 flounder and didn't have one to put on a tape on they were all short

I also have 15 foot triumph with a Honda 50 it is a 2003 they don't make them anymore. They were made here in Hillsboro nc
