Feel It Still and Whole Lotta Love is still iconic for me especially Dragonstea Din Tei performances :)

The history is too much to explain here. The song is a Ukrainian folk song, which like many folk songs has had different iterations. In some versions it is a dialogue between a mother and her son who is going off to war. It was played during a memorial for protestors killed in 2014 during the Maiden protest (known by other names, Revolution of Dignity). It probably hit raw nerves and emotions.

Why is it that Ukrainian judges seem to have more fun and interact more with the contestants? I don't speak the language, but VU is my favorite escape. I even watch the concerts by the judges. Music has no language barrier. Peace Ukraine 🇺🇦 Stay Safe, Stay Strong, God bless.

Super 👍. Especially "Bamboleo". Love 💕 from Azerbaijan 🇦🇿.
The musical, and cultural, diversity on this show is an example to the world. It's wonderful to see how so many different voices are embraced and celebrated. The folk song at 10:37 is one of the most beautiful, and heartbreaking, songs I have ever heard. You don't need to understand the language to feel what the song is about. That's the power of music. May peace and freedom find their home in your country. Slava Ukraini.

I’m absolutely agree with you. This song is one of my favourites. This song is about how war takes sons from their mothers. Really heartbreaking song. And some interesting fact: the other judges didn’t turn to her because their teams were already fully)

The most incredible performances!!! Such talent, love the Ukraine voice, love the judges and the beautiful people. Mind blown. Can anyone tell me the significance of the folk song? It was moving and clearly means something deep for that beautiful country. The last dude brought a rock concert to an audition!

It a moldovian song not ukranian
The young lady at 10:36 is Inna Ischenko and the song she is singing is "The Duckling Swims," which is a song of mourning for the 100 who were slaughtered by snipers during the Maidan Uprising in 2014.

I've already said it, but this video is making me repeat myself : The Ukrainian version of TheVoice is so good, of such high quality that it makes me so sad... I have watched all auditions and Ukraine has all my money heart and money. Such diversity!.....ill comment on some ive never heard and some favourites SIR Mohammed in the white silk was amazing. Its like the flute that charms a snake. His voice is incredible. (I think i should say Mashallah) The lady seated in a hijab and belting out such a strong voice... beautiful. The young man at almost the end with a growling voice was captivating and kept me on edge with feeling Theres a lady at around 12:00 in a purple robe who samg beautifully. She is amazing. Emotionally overwhelming. The woman who sang and everyone stood up(dont know why) she has the voice to force your tears out at the same time feeling peaceful. All were amazing and i can't wait for what ukraine offers next

Це не хіджаб. Це старослов'янська (дохристиянська) хустка. Таки хустки носили до Хрещення Київської Русі, та і взагалі, в Україні. Відома виконавиця Катя Чілі виконувала обрядову українську пісню

Very nice compilation, with the exception of Mein Herz Brennt, because nobody can do Rammstein except Rammstein. On the other hand, Pierre Edel did the best Led Zeppelin cover I've ever heard on the Voice.
