I always play with the mentality of hurry to the ball and be ready to hit once you get there, but take your time with the actual shot.

Even the marshal was slow. They are probably at least 2 holes behind on the first hole. I work at a golf course and we actively monitor pace of play.

as a KC kid on the missouri side (816 Missouri side vs 913 ks side) I thoroughly enjoyed the highlight of KC courses youve done. Some all time great pure courses (the national, ironhorse and others) and even seeing little courses like this thousand hills, sunflower hills and others) seeing you guys live playing the par 3 during the KC meet up and more. I know you guys are dallas guys by location, but Garrett I just want to salute you for coming back home putting on display some of KC's local courses and just putting home on display. Appreciate you more than you can ever imagine Garrett. Keep it up man.

G-man, you need to take that Big Bertha to the shop and spec it out. And then match those specs to a current model. I'd love to learn the actual loft, swing weight, shaft stiffness, and shaft length. Those Big Berthas were often labeled 10 degrees and were like a good degree or two higher loft. The shaft specs were also all over the map. It would make for a cool video. We can't let that driver not get the proper send off. You also might be delighted in the build. You guys are the best! Keep it up.

With that soft shaft it forces G to slow his tempo way down which leads to better ball contact and straighter (albeit shorter) shots. When he tries to hit it hard however. Yikes. A golf coach I took lessons from years ago (actually Bryson D’s old coach) had a 5 iron with a SUPER whippy shaft (think rubbery) that he had his students use to help ingrain good tempo. It was fun hitting that thing!

​@@danmyers9372i took my old driver (callaway x2 Hot, regular flex 50 gram shaft) and new cobra aerojet with x flex tour shaft down to the top tracer range. smoother swing with the reg flex shaft gave me 3 metres less carry and far better dispersion than the full swing x flexed aerojet😮😮 what a waste of $$$😂

Last Friday I went to play 9 holes as a single at the club I’m a member at , time was 4:10 pm . I was behind a group of 4 , I got to the teebox at 4:17 and they weren’t even 100 yards up yet . First hole took over 35 minutes . Get to hole 3 and I have to wait to hit my second shot , that’s when they stopped the cart girl . I picked up my ball and went to hole 4 and continued I finished hole 7 and they were just getting on hole 4s green I ended up finished 9 in just over 2 hours and I didn’t see them get to hole 6 at that point
