In 2020, Greg and Janet Dabice got married after first meeting in college in 1992 when they were nominated for homecoming king and queen. In 2021, Principal Marie Hautigan made a surprise appearance at Piper High School's big homecoming game in Sunrise, Florida. In 2018, Brandon Allen accepted the honor of Homecoming royalty from his Memphis, Tennessee, high school wearing a dress. Inside Edition’s Andrea Swindall has more.

@@uncrustable9923 I moved back from Florida after my husband passed. He was still in our home town. We couldn't seem to stay away from each other and fate works in mysterious ways! I was pregnant when my husband died but he became his daddy at two years old and we have an amazing little girl. ❤️

We had someone at our school who lost his leg to cancer, all he wanted to do was play football for the school again, and on our homecoming this year they put him out at WR and ran a real play, better yet, it was a touchdown

I could definitely relate to the first story . Me and my ex from high school till this day continue to stay friends and communicate with eachother. All while having seperate lives of our own with other people .

Same. I skipped the Junior prom because I wanted to. Same with the Senior prom even though I got was awfully sick that week, so thank god I had no date.
