I can’t do straight liver, but Braunschweiger (specifically Oscar Mayer) is absolutely incredible

I tried Musubi while I was in Hawaii (literally just a fat slab of spam on top of white rice and wrapped in nori) and it was surprisingly delicious. It did smell like old fish though.

Reminds me, funnily enough Spam and rice is a menu item in Hawaiian Mcdonalds. Spam is pretty popular there, which was interesting to find out upon visiting.

There are two proper ways to cook liver: - Mild: soaked it in buttermilk or yogurts, marinate with garlic or spices and cook it slow till soft. -Full metal: only marinate with garlic and spices, fry it hard and have it with bread or rice. If you undercooked it, you risk having the grime and the natural nasty taste in your liver.

A tip for if you want to try liver again, soaking it in milk for a bit before cooking it can get rid of some of the harsh flavors and make it more mild.

I once tried fresh moose liver once. (Shot the day before.) Was really good when it was so fresh :)

I was at a conference one time and they had some foreign treats one of them was this double salt licorice. To put it lightly it tasted like playdough.

Me being a middle east citizen where liver is goated as hell, i felt betrayed 😢

As the hardest thing to bake, Panettone, fought the cook, louisgantus, he began to open his domain, louisgantus shrunk back in fear as Panettone said "Stand proud louisgantus, you've baked"

In India we eat liver curry too. Making it with spices makes the weird taste go away.
