I was taught to do a price check. Target and walmart have scanners everywhere but I guess stores like these don't have them. Anyway I don't check the price on my food items since I go grocery shopping to health food stores and I know what I'm getting myself into. Not every average grocery store has a large special vegan section. Not to mention sprouts has one of the largest plant milk sections ever with a tiny 4 ft wide section of animal based dairy. Includes milk, butter, yogurt, eggs and other. I don't really go to whole foods cause they are a bit pricier than sprouts but I do on special occasions. They have an insane variety of products and they label 365 probucts for you plus the people are nice and I feel at home in there. Wholefoods over all is nicer than sprouts too, I guess it comes at a price. That valet parking is not free at all.

This is true of many restaurants lol but agreed, the service required is far above what a Walmart employee would do. But let me tell you, unless you’re making money you are content with in customer service, you are not likely to provide the service I’m sure a store like this would require of their employees. So I wouldn’t be surprised if they were actually paid well. I mean, Trader Joe’s employees don’t even make minimum wage these days.

Losers who don't want to play the game at a high level complain. Winners continually advance and make moves. Want to afford being able to blow money? Make yourself into a person who can run a business for yourself. Increase your value to employers. Or stay on your knees and beg for a $1/hr raise for bagging groceries. Your call.
