goddamn im sorry it took so much time grinding, whaling and crying to get her. At least I’m glad you didn’t stop until you got her unlike other youtubers who stop and then complain they don’t have their favorite card. My friend has passed through this. Got Kanon instead of PAREO and ended up losing her-
I just haved 10 pulls to get PAREO Kirameki card, i was crying because I thought I was not going to get it, but I did get her in that 10 pulls, And I cried of happiness.

Hi! This Pareo card is a Kirameki Festival exclusive card (its one of the two existing festivals that increases the chance of getting 4☆ by x2, they also brings exclusive cards every time they arrive. When a new kirameki fes card arrives, they have rate up cuz its their festival. Answering your question, yes you can get her but only when another Kirameki Festival starts(sad part, she wont have rate up again so its harder, but the chance is there) Btw, Kirameki Festival is different from Dream Festival so take care 😊 Also, Kirameki Fes cards will increase their rarity to 5☆ in an upcoming update so they are very good options!❤

In the jp server there is a five star banner that was released earlier this year, which consists of many old kirameki Fes cards, so maybe when EN reaches the sixth anniversary you can get it (I’m saving for Aya )
