    A good friend of mine who lives here in East Tennessee catches bass with a frog in open water. You don’t always need grass. He had big fish on a frog last Saturday on SoHo! Thx for all you do Hank! I really appreciate you sir!

    I tied all of my brush hog style creature baits to 6 lines, each with a 11 ott hook so I could get plenty on at same time, tied each to a 1 lb weight and tossed overboard ! never could get a blessed thing interested in them baits !

    I thought of that idea for a bait many years ago except with a single larger swimbait tail and 4 paddle arms. Somewhat like a lizard/swimbait hybrid. I wondered why nobody made something like that.

    Use 50LB or 60LB FX2 by sunline that is one of the best braids I used that’s made for froggin and flippin

  • @BassGeek

    @BassGeek

    So K9 makes several braids. They make one just for heavy vegetation. Most of their braid is very smooth but if it's that round use their 60lb flipping braid.
