Recipe for: The most delicious baked potatoes
NECESSARY PRODUCTS:
Potatoes - 2 kg. (peeled).
Salt - 2 tbsp.
Black pepper - 2 tbsp.
Red pepper - 2 tbsp.
Thyme - 2 tbsp.
Oregano - 2 tbsp.
Rosemary - 2 tbsp.
Oil - 100 ml.
METHOD OF PREPARATION:
Cut the potatoes. Pour the oil into a bowl and add all the spices. Stir to mix well. Pour the spice mixture over the potatoes and toss to coat well.
Bake in a preheated oven at 200 degrees, with a fan, in the middle of the oven, for about 1 hour. Periodically stir the potatoes during baking.
