The Most Dangerous Serial Killers Of The 1960s

Ойын-сауық

The 1960s is a decade most often associated with its cultural movement. The “Swinging Sixties,” as it’s commonly referred to, was an era of social revolution, sex, drugs, and the infamous British Invasion. From MLK’s “I Have a Dream” speech in 1963 to the moon landing and Woodstock in 1969, the ‘60s saw political, cultural, and societal shakeups.
But the 1960s weren't all about peace and free love. Indeed, the hippie movement was not without its dark side, as demonstrated by the serial killers at large in that decade. From the Boston Strangler to the Manson Family, these are the most dangerous serial killers of the 1960s.

My mother was working as a carhop at a drive-in restaurant in Indiana and waited on Richard Speck. She said she clearly remembered the tattoo "Born to raise hell" on his arm. I believe he was just passing through our part of the state at that time, and this was just prior to his crimes in Illinois.

Speck wouldn't fall under the term serial killer; it was more of a mass murder.

That's a pretty seductive looking Howdy Doody! Keeps pace with the hand flipping the bird. Is that the Cutty Sark on the top shelf? Your display items have me focusing on them and NOT paying attention.😊

Charles Manson survived in prison for way way too long. He was in the medium security prison in Vacaville, CA when I was living in the area. He wasn't there for very long, thank goodness!

It gets confusing Richard ramirez can be called a serial killer and mass murder as he murdered all his victims in the span of a few months from getting high and going out looking for a house to take over and kill the occupants
