I live in Keratea and i was part of that rebellion, not in daily actions but as protester at school years! The cruelty of police was real, innocent people were hurt, an unborn child died cuz of tear gas.. But we stayed united and finally made them leave after almost 4 months of daily "battles".. Very realistic scenery!

Drae, offensive makes the protesters more likely to flee if charged, and they attack using ranged attacks. Defensive mode makes them more likely to stand their ground, but they cannot use violent weapons. If it's a "hold position" objective, you should at least have one group on defensive.

I remember another one that was captured in 2013-2014. I don't remember the exact day or protest, when a DIAS cop start beating randomly a car while chasing protesters. It was either in Evripidou or Kolokotroni. Not sure.

the KERATEA demonstration is much more complicated. people in Greece have suffered third-world consequences from governments in the 2010s. 2013 was the year when the economic crisis in Greece was incredibly long, the Greek minimum wage had fallen by 21%, unemployment reached 27%, the Greeks citizens lost their homes from the banks: this is the real cause of the terrible demonstrations.

Drae, in the next play through, be the police and try to make the riots as crazy as possible, via loading the live ammo and deadly weapons. IDK why, but I would like to see that

Police is effective against rioters bc of they act as "one" and wear inhuman armor and seem more powerful that they are. This is real tactics

Actually, violence isn’t an effective tactic in this game. The only reason you really should use violence is if you’re completely out of other options

i watched another video about Egypt riots , the place and events are pretty accurate.

Rioters have a morale/fatigue of some sort. I think it depletes more when they are in a fight. Some people will abandon a flag/unit of rebels as things escalate as well. It feels like rebels don't like beating themselves against an opposing line all day long, but neither does the police. In my version, you can use sit-down tactics in peaceful mode. You have the people go to a place, arms in the air and just stand there. If they sit down, they are harder to remove for the police.

Do not get all units into agression mode. Yes, they can throw stuff, but they are far more easily run away and ge scared (cause police acts more agressive vs them).

Drae.. can you do rioters in guerrila armor... maybe they have guns...so it will be a real modern gun fight .. idknow ... try guerrila =3 Btw.. the bar at the top shows you the winning team... if the little indicator is on the left... u are winning and if it's on the right u are losing....

You can’t get guns as rioters in this game. The armor is just how much of a beating they can take before giving up.
