"If you need to fake it that you read it" meanwhile as someone rasied by 2 massive book nerds, I'll pretty much read anything that sounds intresing (and any genre but horror) and did this for fun, because it supisingly wasent something I had to read for school.

I appreciate this. I want to start short stories and this story is on of the greats. I'll read it now that I see that is structured so perfectly

Thanks! I have to know the plot of the story and have 5 pieces of foreshadowing textual evidence for this with explanations (which should be very easy considering the whole first half is rich with it) but I didn't want to have to read the whole story alone. I'm sensitive to freaky stuff like this so it's better to have someone read it with me and break it apart so I'm not alone. Also, I don't want to have to read the whole thing cover to cover in one night in addition to all this other homework that is due lol.

Zaroff provides a long flashback to when he was young and how he became the dark, sinister, evil hunter of men. His time in olden days Russia, and then his time as a hunter of animals. His boredom caused him to level up to hunting people.
